What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with DOMO. I have had no computer programing experience and I picked up on DOMO very easily. It is very versatile, perfect for high level overviews as well as day to day details. The customer support is great as well, if you do run into an issue the DOMO team quickly responds to sumbitted requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. DOMO can answer any question, sometimes multiple ways. It may be difficult determining what the best way to solve a problem would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO is great at making the picture clear from upper managment down to the indiviual salesman. DOMO is very dynamic, providing up to date alerts that assist employees to do their job quicker and more efficeint.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Domo brings forth insights that are remarkable, concise, and with direct action points. Helps my team make faster and more data-informed decisions.

Not the best with creating joins across databases.

Domo is used a business analytics tool at my organisation and helps us track for OKRs. It gives meaningful insights to the teams to drive impact with the help of data

What do you like best about the product?
Domo magic ETL feature is the most useful feature of DOMO where we can transform our data as per our need adn it even accepts data from multiple data source.
Domo Data Warehouse is also a key feature of DOMO that I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo can be relatively expensive for startups. The pricing structure might not be feasible for everyone.
Domo customer support is not very good since it takes alot of time to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is helping me to create data migrations from mysql dataflows to ETL dataflows and it is very convinient to use the magic ETL feature of DOMO because its an inbuild feature and unlike data integration tools like Informatica Power Centre we can perform the ETL operations on the DOMO web based application itself.

User interfaface. Graphs and data can be shown simple and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to change or update information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created several dashboards, templates and graphs that were created by excel or manually using others tools. Domo is a single point of contact to check the company OKRs, Product KPIs, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the opportunity to have everything in one place. Domo's platform is highly effective when it comes to data collection, visualization and analysis. It was accompanied by a fairly simple learning curve, which helped us to begin to take full advantage of its functionality. Without a doubt, Domo has become one of our most powerful tools as an organization and much of that is thanks to the daily reports and the convenient visualization of our internal data in general. We find the important contacts we have had through its separate community incredible, which makes the Domo experience more enjoyable and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost of the platform is a bit high for how young the platform is, and because they are in that stage of growth they don't have solid support, and once you make a request, sometimes it becomes impossible to get an answer. I consider that Domo's platform, by maintaining for so long the focus on constant changes, has not allowed it to have a specific reference in terms of functionality. It would be good not to slow down the growth of the platform but if we maintain a main structure at the functionality level, the fact that it constantly changes becomes a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved efficiency in our data analysis department The Domo platform has provided us with an incredible level of data management, where our developers now have a better visualization of our internal data, being able to detect where the most relevant complaints are, and to find and propose possible solutions to them. The productivity of our organization has also increased thanks to the good service we have been able to offer our customers with the help of Domo.

What do you like best about the product?
I venerate everything almost Domo, but particularly how exact the real-time experiences are. We needed to urge information from a few innovations we were utilizing. And there Domo was. What do you dislike about the product?

There's a procedure to maintain a strategic distance from having to create a moment dataset and pay an expense, but by and large talking, it's a fundamental step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were among the pioneers within the BI industry. The complete information structure and framework may be pretty readily overseen by one individual. The choice was a simple one to form of the moo administration costs, straightforwardness of utilization, and constancy of Domo. What do you like best about the product?
Domo is great for sourcing data from various inputs, blending, designing informative data visualizations and delivering to end users. The data lineage and administration tools allow a small team to manage large complex data pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creative design on visualizations and dashboards can be tedious. Many steps need to be repeated for every element across similar visualizations. There is no option to design a theme and apply globally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo automates the data collection and calculations for company wide productivity reports.
This saves countless manual hours and improves consistency across departments.

We also use Domo ETL and visualizations to quantify and solve complex operational challenges.
Domo tools empower us to investigate and resolve technical issues internally without the need for costly custom software development.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a self-service BI tool. It has the features and abilities to solve any problem our team has, but at the same time is intuitive enough for business users who are not technical. This means that our team is not a bottleneck to gaining insights - anyone with a license can create their own content to make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Domo is more expensive than other BI tools. I think some of that cost is justified, but it is hard to make the case for Domo to a CFO. Total cost of ownership is lower because Domo is an end-to-end BI tool, but it is tough to convince a CFO of that unless they are open to the idea of total cost of ownership (resources needed beyond technology to deploy and maintain the tool, cost savings from not needing a separate ETL tool or data warehouse, etc....)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is helping solve all of our business problems. Anything that needs data to drive a decision can be solved with Domo. We also use Domo to automate processes and manage by exception. It helps us generate reports, reconcile systems, spot errors, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Domo is how intuitive and user friendly it is for both the content creator and the end user. I also love the community Domo is working to build. I have made some great connections with awesome people through the community, and I have Domo to thank for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least about Domo is how much they try to create new things, sometimes they try to create too much unfortunately leaving some products to the side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Domo is solving is getting our data in the hands of our employees and letting them visualize it in an easy to digest way. Once you give someone a small piece of data that they can understand it becomes a snowball and then people start understanding the importance of Data Culture in the business.
