It provide a good assesment on security and the fact that we have a overall visibility of all our assets.

The best is to provide you the possibility of check all your assets and their functionality working in your cloud provider/s. It has several CNAPP modules under a homogeneus UI.

You have a bunch of options to analyze if you check the environment in deep. Its complicated some times if you doesn't know what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that improve our visibility and discovering of the proyects in cloud as well as to ease the managing different systems at a couple of cloud providers.
With CloudGuard Dome 9 we can implement the security profiles at several proyects at the same time and obtain reports for all of them.

Before create a large set of proyects and assets in a cloud provider, it could be a recommendation to think if they are going to use a security posture tool in some time. It is going to be easier if you have this tool, like CloudGuard Dome9 at the early stages of the growth in the cloud, as you can stablish the base line of them from the beginning.

It is very easy to start or use CloudGaurd Dome 9 and also very user friendly GUI. We can identify and protect against security theft and data lose in cloud

AWS infrastructure audit and automated policy and configurations corrections.
Audit for compliance requirements. The solution gives us nice visibility across the AWS.

It's a good solution to buy if you're using AWS intensively. It has good inventorization capabilities. Can't say anything about GCP and Azure, cause didn't implement it there.

It was really easy to start using Dome9.
Dome9 is available for the main players of the Cloud market - Azure, AWS, GCP.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of the native automation modules for Terraform and Ansible - in the era of DevOps all new products needs to be release with such support, in my opinion.
I also hope that Dome9 will evenrually support other Cloud platforms, like Alibaba.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we got the product just for it's compliance possibilities (we have to provide compliance reports on a regular basis), but now also rely heavily on configs "auto-healing".
Cloud infra visualisation is also good, especially for AWS with its cumbersome security groups.

It helps me identify misconfigurations and vulnerabilities, which allows me to address them proactively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's another cost in addition to the costs of the cloud itself. It would be nice if AWS, GCE, and Azure offered something similar directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me visualize assets in multi-cloud environments versus informative but singular utilities available directly on the cloud vendors' sites.

Definitely worth considering if you manage a multi-cloud environment as it gives you a single pane of glass to monitor security.
