Great Product, using it every day!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about AX Semantics is that I can create content for several thousand products super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a bit of a shame that you need a week-long introduction to the program and that you're really lost without a mentor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program allows me to write several thousand product texts automatically very quickly and therefore saves me the work of having to write all the texts manually.

The product keeps getting better as they continue to develop it. It is great for exploring tutorials and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miss that touch that resonates with customers. The software heavily relies on data so any errors or changes in the data lead to inaccuracies, in generated texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AX Semantics solves the problem of content creation. This saves them time and allows us to focus on other critical tasks. With AX Semantics content creation becomes more easy.

The start can be complicated, but after you get into it with the help of the online tutorials and the documentation it's great to work with.

Creating hundreds of unique and dynamic texts that meet our requirements.
Content automation made easy
What do you like best about the product?
AX Semantics makes it easy for writers who do not have a technical background to extract and transform data for use in text. Once that data is available to the writer, it is easily accessed in the AX Semantics "Write mode," where the NLG/content automation project looks like writing on a page rather than programming code. It's easy to read and modify. With the logic of the sentence paths, conditionals, and grammar clearly visible, the writer can concentrate on the writing rather than on the tech. Although the product is (of course) suitable for short-form writing, it is also ideal for creating long-form output. I understand that it is widely used in Europe for product descriptions. Here in the United States, I've used AX-Semantics, to create projects that run to thousands of words, and have been well-received by U.S. customers. Naturally, the creation of the content is instant. With AX-Semantics API, so is the delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm answering this question only because it's a requirement for posting the review. I have nothing negative to say about AX-Semantics! Based on the Company's previous product improvements, I am confident in the Company's product roadmap. The product will continue to improve as development continues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For many medical and real estate projects, I've used AX Semantics to transform human responses into fluid text for immediate delivery to customers. Hiring enough human writers to do the same thing would be economically impossible.
Logically designed system - as far as I can tell so far, good training with excellent support.
What do you like best about the product?
Small-step training courses that build on each other thematically with good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some getting used to for me personally, completely new way of working for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It takes some time to get into the program, but once you get used to it, it is an excellent tool for writing versatile texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will need to learn the basics of coding to set up your rulebook.

AX Semantics is very useful if there are many texts to write, mainly if the texts describe similar products.
Once you get into it, it is kinda fun working with!

I think the coding documentation helped me while using AX Semantics. I also appreciate that my questions were answered within a few minutes. It was kind of fun working with AX Semantics.

I didn't particularly appreciate that the structure of the different paths is a bit confusing whether you build quite complicated sentences. Maybe a more precise design would make it easier for new users.

It's unclear how I can easily and quickly find the necessary parameters in the documentation.

It saves a lot of time in everyday life spent on writing texts. It also ensures quality, and you always have all the necessary information in the texts.

Helpful tool to speed up SEO content creation
What do you like best about the product?
The AX Semantics tool is able to generate individual product descriptions based on product characteristics and logic way faster than by manually creation. By flexible arranging of information and utilizing of synonyms it ensures no text duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AX Semantics tool has currently no integrated translation function. Product characteristics have to be implemented and framework has to be created per language. To scale more, especially for international projects with international operating customers a feature like this is highly recommended.
