Adventurous playground for texter
What do you like best about the product?
- the amount of possibilities - so many plans so little time - but I really LOVE to work with AX in general
- everything is pretty easy to handle in the write-section
- big love for the review section <3 and the debug function there
- the quick help through chat and the great support of our customer success agant Peter
- the team is always happy about feedback and up to change stuff to give customers an even better experience

What do you dislike about the product?
- some functions of the lexicon aren't working so well, but I know that AX is already working on it to improve things here :)
- sometimes it takes some time to find what I need in the documentations and help section (but maybe that's just me)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
thanks to ax we can tackle the high amount on products we never would have the time for to write a description. since you create every rule and sentence on your own you have infinite possibilities to improve the texts from day to day and bring in new findings in seo or sales psychology

AX Semantics is not for everybody but for some it's just perfect
What do you like best about the product?
AX Semantics is a perfect solution for generating (practically) unique dynamic texts for an almost unlimited number of pages. With, for us, the right balance of complexity and effectiveness. It takes some effort and time to set up but that's reflected in the end result. And the support is outstanding. Especially the online help via the chat has been incredibly welcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy to implement as sometimes suggested. But for us it was more than worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AX Semantics is creating hundreds of unique pages with dynamic texts for 3 websites with very similar content.

- Long training period (It takes some time to understand the tool and the logic)
- Slow performance (takes a long time to load)

We use AX-Semantics for regional landingpages, to achieve regional visibility. Since our business model is based on regionality, we try to position ourselves for regional search terms with AX-Semantics.
A great way to scale your text production
What do you like best about the product?
AX Semantics expands my role as a copywriter immensely. Among other things I am a bit of an idea designer, data analyst, developer, translator, project manager and much more. This way I can implement my own ideas and constantly learn something new. It is also incredibly satisfying to generate the first texts at the push of a button.

What do you dislike about the product?
Don't expect too much or any kind of magic: the texts will only be as good as your work.
Also, you have to do some advanced work (to achieve all the greater results later on). It simply takes some time until the first good texts emerge.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is a good solution for scaling repetitive/similar texts which have been written manually before. On the other hand, you can create additional content based on data. If you run multiple websites like we do, it can therefore ultimately increase your variance between those portals.
Automated SEO texts that work!
What do you like best about the product?
The AX tool is highly flexible and gives you the possibility to make texts appear very natural without being repetitive. We had a very good onboarding, where Alexandra really looked into the tool with us and gave us plenty of good insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce didnt work flawlessly, sometimes updating texts didnt work as intended. If you solve this by going directly through their API, thats not an issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled us to create automated SEO texts for more than 10k listings. These listings then quickly improved their SEO ranking and thus gave us additional website traffic.

Generating Product Descriptions for unlimited numbers of Products by just one click.

Takes a long time to create sentence-structures (but not due to the program)

We had lots of manual workload producing marketing-content. AX-Semantics provides us the possibility to automize the whole process.
Great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of help if you have any questions. You have a qualified personal contact person who will always answer your questions quickly and help you with your problems.

At first, the program seems to be very complicated and you need some time to understand how it works. But the eLearning seminar at the beginning was a good start and very helpful.

To create unique and high-quality content for product descriptions. It's very useful because it saves a lot of time.
Easy Content Creation
What do you like best about the product?
AX Semantics is easy to connect to the PIM or Shopsystem via API. So we can easily Update the necessary information to create the text and directly put all the generated variants into our PIM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Templates ;-) It's just a lot of work to do to get more or less most flexible texts, where not all sound like the same. In times of KI it should be possible to work without such borders.

We do have to many products so we're not able to write those texts by hand.

The most important part for us is that AX Semantics is a tool, that will save you and your team a lot of time while bringing up texts of really good quality.
While the initial work might be a bit tedious (depending on your number of products and stuff like that), in the long run, it is unbeatable.
We tried writing our product descriptions by hand, with all the SEO stuff, but it was too time-consuming. Now with AX, it is really fast and easy,
plus we can generate a lot of different texts from one master text.

I wouldn't consider it a downside but the work you have to put in first (learning the program, cleaning up and sorting your initial datasets) is not to be underestimated.

We use AX for our e-commerce business (SEO titles, meta descriptions, category texts and product descriptions). It helps us generate natural sounding texts while still fulfilling the technical aspects that are needed to rank

Ax Semantics provides many guides so nearly everyone can make their own projects.
Furthermore is the UI easy to understand but still can fulfill complex stuff.

If you don't follow a certain structure the UI can get pretty messy, but therefore AX Semantics has certain partners, who provide helpful tips.

The customer doesn't have to take copywriters to write their texts, they can just use the engine and save a lot of money and time.
