Wir arbeiten seit 2021 mit der AX-Semantics Software und sind sowohl vom Produkt als auch vom gesamten AX-Semantics Team begeistert.

Die Software ist in manchen Teilen noch in der Entwicklung, jedoch wird die Software stetig weiterentwickelt und das Feedback von uns als Kunden wird wahrgenommen und Probleme werden angegangen und gelöst.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wir vertreiben als technischer Händler erklärungsbedürftige Produkte mit den unterschiedlichsten ISO-Normen und Sicherheitsmerkmalen. Ax-Semantics hilft uns dabei, einzigartige und verständliche Texte für unsere Kunden zu generieren und dies tausendfach und in konsistenter Qualität.

If you have plenty of data - go for it
What do you like best about the product?
Well-done user interface, many options to structure your texts and very good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some weird bugs and missing basic functions. Since it's entirely based on the data you bring, it's a lot of work for nothing if you don't have enough data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Producing preformulated sentences based on data with a relatively easy option for translating those texts as well. We were able to fill some gaps in our catalogue.
Great tool for simple text automation
What do you like best about the product?
The tool can be used pretty quick and the text creation ist done seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup of the tool required deep knowledge and training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For simple product descriptions AX helps to lower costs for writing texts especially for lower priced products.
Insane increase of new products uploaded daily.
What do you like best about the product?
It's not as hard as I was thinking at first. You'll get into it very fast and if you're facing problems the support team are answering you withing minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability could be a little bit better and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a product range of approx. 60.000 Products (monthly increasing). We went from uploading 12 Products a day, to hundreds with great SEO optimized text and relevant keywords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great Product if you're looking to upload a bunch of products, but still keeping the aspect of unique content in your mind.
At first a little confusing but then turned out to be quiet convenient.

Once you understand how to use the program and where to click it is easy to use. But it takes a little time to get used to the user interface.

First, one needs to understand the way the program works, so it can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically generating content for our websites based on the modules and conditions we predefine. It is convenient so that we don't need to generate each website by hand.
Usefull Software that saves a lot of time in the long run
What do you like best about the product?
The Software is very versatile and so can be used for various customers. It saves a lot of time in the long run because you only need to create your desired texts and functions once. A big positive point is that you can simply make little changes to your original texts to create content for a whole new brand or product group. The AX-Team provides great support through the chat within minutes or in useful 1 on 1 online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to fully understand the program. I do, however, consider this a good investment for great output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AX Semantics is solving the problem of dublicate content for brands that sell on different plattforms. This has a positive effect on the SEO performance. It also saves time in the long run, because small changes in the Programm can change the texts a lot if needed.
Complex tool that can save you a lot of work
What do you like best about the product?
You can build (almost) anything you want in terms of automated texts. The only limits are usually your creativity and the complexity of the implementation. However, the support is always happy to help you, quickly and well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You absolutely need a good database. In addition, the creation of large texts and text sections is sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data assessment and copywriting for clients and website visitors. Due to regular changes in the data basis, our texts are always up-to-date through AX Semantics.
Hilfreiches Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Interface ist sehr übersichtlich und logisch. Man versteht intuitiv, auch ohne viel Erfahtung mit dem Tool, wo man die benötige Feartures finden kann. Automatischen Textgenerierung funktioniert auch ziemlich gut

Bis jetzt habe ich keine solche Punkte gefungen, die mich stören würden, oder wo ich nicht verstanden habe, wofür genau das Felt oder Feature da ist. Es kann aber an dem liegen, dass ich das Tool noch nicht so lange in Nutzung habe

Das Tool hilft mit der Textgenerierung in mehreren Sprachen für Online-shop Artikeln. Übersicht von JSON Files-Struktur finde ich auch hilfreich. Tool erlaubt auch Output-Übersicht in Form von JSON
Good product: intuitive and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of help, both on the website and from the team. The seminar and website give a good foundation. The team is very helpful in answering any specific questions that might arise later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole setup was overwhelming to me at first, but I think this is normal when you use a new software. The more you use it, the easier it becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing product descriptions that can adapt to the customer who views them. It´s very useful in creating different texts that appeal to different customers.
It's good but the UI could be a lot better
What do you like best about the product?
The basic service is pretty good. But it's quite complicated and the interface is also quite old-fashioned

The UI/interface - it's not very intuitive and it should be redesigned from ground-up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The onboarding or VIP-service we had for a couple of weeks/months was not very helpful. We needed to do and figure out everything on our own.
