I would recommend AX at any time!
What do you like best about the product?
AX offers exceptionally good software that can be understood even without IT studies and provides excellent solutions for automated texts. Even when the customer requirements are complex and specific. In addition, the customer support responds reliably and quickly. I never felt unsupported at any point in the project with the tasks at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to change generated texts manually to fix more specific problems

Ich fand es anfangs schwierig mich in die Software einzuarbeiten, allerdings steht einem der Support stets hilfreich zur Seite.

Textgenerierung für eine große Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Produkte. SEO-Aspekte werden mit einem relevanten Kundenmehrwert verbunden.

There are some bugs that could be fixed, they are mostly referring to the UI

Gute Software aber ein bisschen verbuggt
What do you like best about the product?
UI technisch gut aufgebaut. Man findet sich sehr gut auf der Oberfläche zurecht. Zudem ist der Support echt klasse! Bisher wurden alle Probleme zufriedenstellend gelöst.

Die Software hat viele Bugs, die zum Teil auch schon vor über einem Jahr an die Entwicklung weitergegeben wurden und bis heute hat sich nichts verändert. Manchmal hängt sich die Oberfläche auf und das bei einem Satzgerüst von nichtmal 10 Statements. Da erwarte ich in der Zukunft einfach mehr.
Man könnte die Usability auch noch um einiges verbessern. An vielen Stellen ist die Bedienbarkeit (Achtung: NICHT die Übersicht) eher suboptimal gelöst.

Very helpful support staff that responds quickly and helpfully. The tool itself increased our SEO ranking by automating text creation for a vast amount of sub-pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a bit complicated and does need that support staff to help setting it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had around 10,000 pages where we had a lot of meta data but no way to create different, well-sounding SEO texts. AX solved this problem by creating individualized texts based on our input. Highly adaptable and at the same time scalable.

What do you like best about the product?
Once familiar with the text engine’s logic and its special functions, you’ll get into some kind of flow with the machine. It is intuitive to use and if you bring a good data structure and some feeling for language, you’ll soon watch it producing all the texts you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t experienced anything to dislike up to now. If any issue appears – which happens seldomly enough – the team is always close by to help and take care.

Creating individual product descriptions for both, B2C and B2B use. The text engine saves a lot of time, while each reader gets all information desired without being bored by the same phrases for every product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to invest some time – on the one hand to get to know every possible function of the text engine, on the other to clean up your data. Deep knowledge of the engine and structured data are key to perfect text results.
