The only reason I used this image was to streamline my Let'sEncrypt SSL - why not?

Used the provided tool:

Executing /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to the Bitnami HTTPS Configuration tool.

Bitnami installation directory

Please type a directory that contains a Bitnami installation. The default
installation directory for Linux installers is a directory inside /opt.

Bitnami installation directory [/opt/bitnami]:

Warning: Currently only installations using the Apache web server are supported.
Make sure you are entering a proper path, or choose a different directory.

Sorry to hear your experience did not go well. As our tool mentions, it doesn't support NGINX installations yet, however we have made available guides to perform common actions in the solution (https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/wordpress-pro/). For example you can find how to configure your own SSL certificate in the instance here (https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/how-to/generate-install-lets-encrypt-ssl/#alternative-approach). For times when you need additional support, we provide support from our engineers in our Community forum (https://community.bitnami.com/). We would appreciate if you could open a thread referencing this review at our community forum, to allow our team to review the issues you encountered and improve our documentation and application based on your feedback. Thanks!
