Worst customer service and a misleading offering

I´ve signed up for 27 user. After one week of nothing happening I reached out to Crowdstrike. It tooks another week to get a response where they were telling me that I need to sign up at least for 1 year to get this order processed. I said fine lets do one year even not listed as a requirement for this AWS offer.
Another week later they came with another excuse why they can´t process my request - they were not able to verify my business. Ok fine lets do it- I´ve provided my website and tax id but still I´m getting excuses that they can´t verify and process this request. I asked for explanation but I got nothing back.
So overall I will go now with a different solution.
Hopefully AWS will step in and clean this up - otherwise I have wasted some money. Offering like this needs to be reviewed with clear expectations from AWS to Crowdstrike.
