Extremely poor customer service
No registration e-mail sent after purchasing 25 units of the product in the marketplace. No response from vendor marketplace support 3 business days after trying to follow up on activation. No-one available at the call centre to assist with onboarding, and promised call back did not materialise. Basically total radio silence more than a week after purchase. $174 on a 1-month pilot implementation wasted. Lesson learned, and now looking at alternative vendors for use across our fleet.

Same here. I had the exact same experience. After one week of nothing happening I reached out to Crowdstrike and AWS. Finally I got a reply from Crodstrike that I need to purchase for at least 1 year otherwise they can´t process my request. I said fine lets do one year. After another week I got the feedback that they couldn´t process my request because they are not able to verify my business even if I have provided my website plus tax id. I´ve never seen such a bad customer service and the whole description / offering is misleading into the wrong direction. It seems to me that they are only after bigger customer but who knows.
