What do you like best about the product?

serial data goes to database. that is fast and easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?

the User interface is not so good had some confusing options

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

i was using It for serial data. it stored that in the queue for database that is attached to it. like Prometheus data base
