I like Devis AI what automatically monitor all the application's infrastructure, Processes, and services
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to provide user expected matrice monitoring for database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help our users to find out the root cause of the problem. Dynatrace could show where is the issue if the process is down, High response time, network connectivity, and especially the code level analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant Application Performance Monitoring Solution: Dynatrace is currently being used as our main driving force for solving problems in the organization. The primary use is for Application Insights and host health. We find advantageous features: the new SLO, Smartscape topology, problem detection, and diagnostic tool. The most important features that we find in the groundbreaking solution comes at a cost. We find Dynatrace lovely as a product
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap; you have to be ready to spend. The most important features that we find in the groundbreaking solution comes at a cost. We find Dynatrace lovely as a product yet comes at a price that might not push a big smile on the C-Level guys' faces when it has to do with the budget discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace is currently being used as our main driving force for solving problems in the organization, and the primary use is for Application Insights and host health. We find advantageous features: the new SLO, Smartscape topology, problem detection, and diagnostic tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynatrace is highly recommended. If it meets your budget allocation and spending target, it is advisable to go with the product. It never comes with tears.

What do you like best about the product?
One agent of Dynatrace is a much recommended product and very useful in data collection purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue of Dynatrace is about it's marketing. I mean Dynatrace is need to market their products all over the world to get most users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used One agent which is for data collection autonomously. It is very useful when it comes to follecting huge amount of data without any efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend One agent of Dynatrace to all who are having the data collection problems.

Custom service detection needs to work better.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UX, provides highly organized and thorough insight for analyzing end to end flow of requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be convenient if the service quality reports could be exported to a pdf format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used as an early warning system for sending out alerts to the assigned teams in case of any anomalies detected. Also helps us in analyzing the root cause of issues by deep diving into the requests. We use Dynatrace as a tool for monitoring our IT infrastructure utilization end to end and the same helps us in planning and sizing the infra accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
With Dynatrace OneAgent you can monitor both the health and applications performance; Having the capabilities to give you a status of the CPU utilization, Memory usage, Disk Space and everything that is installed on your host. Donators provides gives you a nice visual dashboard which displays all information you need to know about your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
What Dynatrace offers currently is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to reduce noise and be pro-active.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynatrace is the best APM tool out there. You never go wrong with it.

Licensing model is pretty expensive compare to other competitors out there.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and deploy in production. With a lot of clients that depend of the uptime Dynatrace help us a lot in our daily tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface have some colors that are difficult to read especially when your have and outage at 3:00 Am.

Also some of the security options are not optimal in production systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observability of the systems and monitoring performance metrics.

We have a big-data platform that require metrics we need to have metric in every place of the platform. As no one tool is perfect Dynatrace can help a lot in metric collection and help us with the observability required
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try the product to see if is right for you.
All the monitoring tools are similar the diference is how you can use it for your daily tasks.

One important tip is use the tool that your staff is more confident in use.
