What do you like best about the product?
new technology of one agent , like sesion replay, RUM
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I believe end user complexity has increases compared to old appmon , with few clicks we were able to identify the bottlenecks earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a performance engineer , so my main focus is to identify application performance issues under load , and understand how application behaves in prod.

What do you like best about the product?
Artificial intelligence, autonomous baselining, code level troubleshooting and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrastructure monitoring could use some new features. For instance, we have no choice but to monitor our network infrastructure with another tool (SolarWinds). We are not able to get off of the tool because of a lack of SNMP compatibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance problems and faults with investor-facing application.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how the APM works and helps us be able to diagnose problems in our applications
What do you dislike about the product?
The getting setup with Synthetics was somewhat difficult, but we eventually got it setup.

Improve our customer experience

Has great triaging ability but can not access everything...yet

Many of the blind spots and down time that cause product loss

What do you like best about the product?
They have a ton of support available and lots of training available - this is key for implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as of yet - my experience so far has been really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need assistance in identifying application health - knowing BEFORE a major outage that we have an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The auto detection within dt makes it simple to get up and running and provides insight into your infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backend process take a little more work to get proper insights into as compared to user interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving. In large organizations, no one understands everything and issues become very politicized. Something like dynatarace can show you what your environment looks like and how pieces are performing without question.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use dynatrace services, they are very knowledgeable/helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love that getting Dynatrace deployed is so easy and that it identifies so much on its own without any configuration. We have so many different legacy and cloud based technologies that it has helped us monitor more of our company applications across multiple divisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Dynatrace would adapt more product features from the Appmon product so that our final migration off of the Appmon product goes smoothly for our internal app teams. I also wish Dynatrace would simplify their licensing model as it is hindering our ability to roll out more with all of the contracts we keep having to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving more problems that were just not discovered with previous monitoring products.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the granularity that Dynatrace brings to optimize troubleshooting issues mainly around performance of our in-house applications. The product adds simplicity to dashboard presentation leveraging synthetics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the terminology or descriptions to use actions throw off when changes have been made or if additional actions need to be taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace is currently helping us monitor the performance of our application to improve our internal customers experience. It has helped identify corrections to application code and infrastructure capacity increases. The one issue we did have was implementing a capacity increase for our node cluster to our infrastructure to handle additional applications and it failed. Luckily there was no data loss. Currently trying to get a architect from Dynatrace to help review the implementation and correctly setup the node cluster.
