What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is very easy to use for non-IT users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes for the purposes I use Dynatrace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have is a very easy way to view the various IT landscape, where there are issues, any concerns, what is working, ease of monitoring, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation with minimal or no configuration. Smartscape view and RCA flow map. OOTB Bounce rate is also helpful. AI assistant Davis also helpful. Easy monitoring of micro-services architecture. OOTB integrations with leading 3rd party solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Need query language understanding to setup business dashboards. Also complex pricing with additional cost for importing metrics in Dynatrace. Also does not support fully on-prem deployment. One must have connectivity to Dynatrace cloud even in case of on-premise deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High MTTR and difficult to find root cause of complex issues. Also easily regenerating production issues now.

Dynatrace - An Intelligent Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Dynatrace to monitor numerous services, databases etc. in the company. It has great dashboard to directly see it big screens to monitor in real time. Automatic diagnostic tools of Dynatrace saved us a lot of time since we didn't spend time to setup alarm criteria automatically. Sometimes, we can't find the problem in server logs but can see it from Dynatrace directly and it makes me to trust Dynatrace even more
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating dashboards, the parameters to the graphs could be more descriptive. There are hundreds of parameters you can choose from, however I need to choose them one by one to see if it is what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to combine monitoring and service diagnostic tool and we ended up with Dynatrace. The reason we choose Dynatrace is that it learns the service's performance individually and creates the criteria to send notifications itself.
As i mentioned it is an intelligent tool and helped us a lot to be proactive in monitoring and fixing the issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get a demo of the product, you would be able to see the capabilities it offer and love the product just like us.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is cutting edge Performance monitoring tool for Technical and Business components of an application.
What do you dislike about the product?
if it provides more Loganalytics insights compared to other tools like elastic then it can become a one stop for various monitoring needs.

AI Feed in : It would be great if end user can feed in data into Dynatarce AI (
Davis) , we want a mix of self learned and forced learned AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various anomalies have been detected not only related to Tech Infrastructure but we have also captures anomalies related to some of the critical financial Business flows .All in all this tool helped us alot.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is used in my organization to monitor the performance of our web and mobile applications for our users. Thanks to this analytics application we have been able to keep track of the traffic and impact on our applications, as well as identify issues and take actions to improve the experience of our users/customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be more integrable with other tools, I also consider that it is somewhat expensive, although regarding the latter... it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace has enabled us through a dynamic monitoring of our applications and reports, to visualize the path of our users, to know the most visited areas, most visited products, among others, to apply corrective actions and proactive improvement to improve the web and mobile experience of our users and customers in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is simply suitable for any type of company or organization to save time in performance analysis to attack failures and provide the best possible web and mobile experience to the audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intelligent and does a lot of work for you just after installing it. It discovers assets, does injection for you automatically, monitors your processes connectivity rates, and pin points issues, it is that amazing. After all of this, it makes a multi-dimensional baseline of this data, making comparison in real time, that highly improves accuracy of alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like to know exactly how many bytes certain part of the application code moved, and I can see only the time divided by classes of wait. You end up wanting more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving performance related problems from user's point of view. Being able to know ahead of time what kind of experience the customers are having with your business is a powerful insight, it gives your the opportunity to get ahead of problems, interfering when things are still scalating. You don't even have to wait for the problem to happen so you can remediate it.

What do you like best about the product?
The application optimizes artificial intelligence to deliver answers with actionable acumens to your operation staffs, business stakeholders, and development teams. It links business outcomes to the performance insights to enable business owners to fully comprehend the repercussions of detected issues. This makes it easy to resolve all the problems before they affect your customers. Additionally, Dynatrace learns all baseline performance of user applications and sends notifications when new code deployment precipitates high resource consumption.

Looking for more features in reporting from UI (Product)

Best AIOPS and User Experience Monitoring tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated discovery, ease of deployment, multi-dimensional baselining, DAVIS and out of the box integration to many third part tool. I like most the RUM part where it use most recent metrics to show actual customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
auto baseline and frequent issue detection feature. This leads to unnecessary problem tickets created and sometime miss important alert due to frequent issue detection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved customer experience issue a lot . Dynatrace helped our operations team to detect high visually complete time for critical transaction, helped on improving caching mechanism for static resource
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend Dynatrace for User experience monitoring and AIOPS.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use even for a beginner, the great capability of monitoring almost every technology in the market with a few clicks, the very useful APIs available for third party integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular but the via chat assistance that in my opinion is not really effective in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could merge in one single product many different monitorings that previously were spread on several other tools. We were able to identify several bottlenecks in our applications and so improve their performances. we were also able to better size the infrastructure of some applications.
A very important feature we are using is the Real User Monitoring that allowed us to create a real time dashboard on a third party application done exploiting the usage of Dynatrace APIs that are one of the strongest points of the product. This is used not only on IT OPS side but also on Business side and gave great added value in terms of observability and transparency of our systems' status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend enough time to size your infrastructure if you choose the on-premises solution. In our case not enough analysis was done on this side so we discovered our infrastructure didn't have enough capacity to support the very high traffic load created by our applications and services. This lead to a rework of the sizing with consequent wasted time and incomplete monitoring of the entire scope we had initially.
