Dynatrace- The APM to check the health of the application
What do you like best about the product?
The methodical approach, tool based, easy to use. Most innovative manner to check the health of the application. Features like Database graph, memory, server behavior provides a neat approach of how the application is behaving in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes server doesn’t respond as quickly as it should. This causes a bit of trouble especially during production issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on a real time application increases the dependency on Dynatrace. Since we have multiple servers running on different environments we mostly check the heartbeat during critical production issues. Benefits are the easy structuring and organization of the tool. Very simple and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace has been a great parner during our adoption of contairner technologies. Since day one we had nothing but a great experience. We're especially happy with Dynatrace OneAgent because it has made our life easier not having to install the agent on each microservice definition but just let OneAgent discover all our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way alerting isn't as granular as it can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We're able to perform troubleshooting down to the code / query level

Comprehensive insights
What do you like best about the product?
The information available at your fingertips from 50k down to individual queries per user session is immensely useful. The single dash for gleaning information is handy and means almost entirely foregoing accessing the machine via SSH. The ease of installation and discoverability makes getting productive with the platform easy and overall very approachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion there's room for improvement in the UI to make bookmarking views and saving sessions for troubleshooting pernicious "hot spot" issues that one returns to frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased uptime and proactive approaches to challenges in the wild. Production issues encountered by users client side is extremely useful for our Web team. The discoverability and drill down to slow queries is a life saver. We've also had stopping issues due to Apache crashes that were typically resolved by hand sifting through logs is now a figment of the past.
