Great Software with Great Customer service
What do you like best about the product?
the support at ME has been outstanding. support team always available to fix any issues. product is easy to setup. i love the different level you can set for helpdesk and admins
What do you dislike about the product?
ME Admanager plus doesn't really set up to allow administration for hybrid AD-synced environment. we you creat a new role i found users assign to the new role do not populate until the user log in for the first time.

The software is Easy to install ,configure and use, very good built in reports

What do you like best about the product?
ADManager Plus impresses me with its user-friendly interface and intuitiveness. Navigating through its myriad of features is a breeze, even for those less experienced with Active Directory management. The tool's automation capabilities have significantly reduced the time spent on repetitive tasks, such as creating or deleting user accounts and modifying attributes. Its extensive reporting features provide invaluable insights into the AD environment, making it easier to track changes and maintain security. Moreover, the delegation of tasks is well-implemented, allowing different teams to manage specific AD areas without granting excessive privileges. The excellent customer support further adds to the positive experience, as their team promptly addresses any queries or issues that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any significant thing that I dislike about the product.

I allows delegation of tasks to other users so our workflows are faster and more effecient

What do you like best about the product?
It Seemlessly helping us to complete the work in a single click, Like OU Movement, User delection. Most importat thing is AD Manager plus are very user friendly

Some bugs have found at the time of installation we have reported to Manage Engine and they have fixed it on next update.

Por padrão o active directory exige que todas as ações sejam feitas manualmente, com o AD Manager conseguimos automatizar o processo de gestão de usuários (criação e exclusão), grupos, relatórios

Some actions that we consider simple, such as managing groups and scheduling reports, require more expensive licenses. I believe that the standard version could contain more basic features

We are saving many hours of work in the process of managing Active Directory objects, also avoiding human error. We also have a very advanced management view, collecting information that would be impossible to collect natively in Windows

What do you like best about the product?
Request Workflow and sms of password to user. Also automation part is very nice. As per our ad policies we can create automation policies and deploy.

Sms not getting generated through workflow

Monitoring active directory activities made easy. Automation part is very good. No need to do manually user related activities.paperless communication with new user. We can send credentials on mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine AD Manager Plus presents all AD components in Graphical Mode helping understand and act on different Active Directory components. It helps in the segregation of duties as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to be disliked about ManageEngine ADMananager Plus. Almost all desired functions are available in it. The Dashboard can be improved it could easily be configurable to add custom dashboard items and automated alerts based on conditions set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine AD Manager Plus provides a graphical representation of Active Directory functions making it easy to take decision and make corrections in a much less amount of time.

It is a converged tool which is helping teams to manager AD accounts in a better way.

Little Complex and not very easy to get the reports.

ADManager Plus is a Must for Education IT
What do you like best about the product?
ADManager Plus is fantastic. What I love the most is that it is super customizeable. The product grows with new features and additional options all the time. It's perfect for a HelpDesk user for resetting passwords, but powerfull enough for Admin to do bulk changes, imports, and account management. The reporting aspects and scheduled tasks make managing a forest simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the AD360 integration if you have other ManageEngine products. For me, it feels clunky navigating between the other products, like ADAudit. Some of the categories on the toolbar aren't as self explanitory, but once you get past the learning curve, it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine ADManager Plus allows for consistent user creation through templates. It also has a great log that helps to see what changes were made and who made them from within ADManager Plus. Identifying accounts that need attention is easy with ADManager Plus.
