Centralise all the AD views in one place. Easy to use and simple. Great support for the product and online resources

What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't cloud.
It doesn't sync well with cloud SDP and works better with On-perm SDP.

Centralise view of AD
makes it a lot easier to action issues and other requirements

in order to configure no domain admin, there are a lot of permission for service user that has to be done

ADManager Plus is a Plus
What do you like best about the product?
AD manager helps us streamline user creation. By simply filling out the predifined fields the correct groups/settings are applied. It eliminates errors and the bad practice of account mirroring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only Web based, I would prefer web and an app available to use. The cost could be considered high if you are a small business or don't have much of an IT budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our user creation process has been streamlined by ADManager Plus. We have made the process simple. By filling out a form, our Help Desk can quickly create users that have predifined settings based on the selections in the form.
Simple to setup and easy for Desktop Admins

It is easier to use and setup. Great for Desktop/Helpdesk Users.

ManageEngine does get a lot of vulnerabilitie patches and security issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active Directory Management for lower level/junior admins.
Great product, easy to use and setup
What do you like best about the product?
We delegate administrative rights with ADManager instead of AD thus avoiding unnecesary risks, we get detailed activity reports and have a dashboard of AD.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a web service, sometimes it takes a while to respond and syncronize among all our infrastructure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reduce the number of people having rights on AD, now we use AD Manager users to delegate tasks and we have scheduled reports for Users, Groups, etc.
One of the best Identity Manager Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intutive to setup and getting running. File import, and shceduled automations. Able to run custom scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a better inegertation between ADManger and adselfservice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account automation/creation. When switching from Novell to Windows AD we need a solution to automate user accounts creations. We have expanded on it with our helpdesk, to use for password reset and group membership changes.
Great software to manage your Windows Active Directory with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation is straight forward, and can be easily installed and operating in a very short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say that I dislike anything about ADManager Plus!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are easily able to manage the tedious day to day tasks of account management, for instance, expired users, login failures, inactive accounts, soon to expire passwords, etc.

Manage the AD Domain, audit privilege, report of compliance, give access to help desk for support

yes, I have a lot of benefiting, is excellent for compliance
