One of the better tools for Test Management and Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. has many features and integrates well with Microfocus UFT. The User Roles and Security works as expected makign it is sensible to use along with Microfucs UFT to create test scripts and excute it by users using ALM license only
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike; however, some features required to customize the Report of Test Results could have been integrated. We had to use other tools to do the same, and it needed some more efforts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating Test Management with Test Case Development and enabling only execution by a separate set of Users. Also, ALM being server-based, allows the execution of tests from any device.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and seamless data transfer from UFT to ALM and SQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a server licensing error while trying to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an SAP tester, so I use UFT as a testing tool to work with UFT ALM is a must, so that I can store the resource file and run my scenarios on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
Generating Reports, Tracking Defects, and Test Execution Process.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is lacking. It is only available on Internet Explorer. Chrome/Firefox would be a better pick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Added business requirements, drafted test scripts, executed test scripts, logged defects, and closed them. User-Friendly UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team liked this tool because of the below cool features:
-> Helps to manage project requirements, test plan, test cases and test report
-> Test Cycle can be created and assigned for project-wise/module wise
-> Awesome template for bug ticket and it have fields for assignee, status field, priority, severity description, attachment section etc which helps QA to raise Bug with Details
-> Awesome report and email analytics
-> Easily integrable with HP UFT, Load Runner and other tools
-> Test Summary and Test report automatically generated
-> Highly recommended for Testing teams and Agile Projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools should be free for small business or limited users. Currently its paid and trial version is only for very limited days.

To manage Test Life Cycle and project activities.

It has similarities and differences with HP ALM QC in a good way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Micro Focus ALM QC is not the most user friendly interface.

Micro Focus ALM QC does have issues with load times.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly test management tool. It has various section for requirements, defects, test labs to execute test cases and test plan to keep test cases. We can add test cycles very efficiently and can add related test cases for execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is only a test management tool, we have to go to a project management tool for other project related works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track and test all our testing related stuffs in it. We upload test cases, requirements, execute test cases and link defects to ur defects and requirements. In this way it helps us in knowing which test cases are executed and what is the status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It helps us in all possible way for our testing activities so do try it and enjoy it's company.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting and Manage test case and test labs are very easy in ALM, you can store results for manual and automated test runs effective for any release. We can also optimize ALM as per our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using it from more than 3 years, nothing as such dislike but few improvement can be possible like integration of ALM with latest test automated tools should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a complete Test management solution, we can manage requirements, test cases, test runs, bugs , change request etc easily in this tool. It gives benefits in managing testing life cycle during a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend use of ALM for a simple and straight test management.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the history of changes made whenever/whoever or someone modifies a ticket is a big plus for ALM/QC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing behind ALM/QC can pose a problem if many users will be accessing it.
