Very Good.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Microsoft Visual Studio, TeamForge and Collabnet is one of the things I like about it the most. It contains tools for performance testing, test planning and functional testing. They are very much useful when you want to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be open source, and it should support more than the key stake holders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on a project related to version control system, and I used it to test the performance. I am using the HP laptop only.

Using quality center for my real estate office needs
What do you like best about the product?
Apps and features are easy to use-comes up quickly when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some operating issues-systems not working properly

Printing and document management-time saved and more efficient
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like the HP quality center platform-it seems to really cater to the small business user. I also have several HP devices and like that they run efficiently with the HP Quality Center. I recommend this program especially if someone is running HP hardware

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most powerful and easy to use performance testing software. Integration with QTP and LoadRunner along with few other quality testing tool makes it a very unique product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is very very high when comparing to other performance testing tools in the market. However, the support team is very dedicated when there are issues and hence it is makes it a worthwhile product. Also the setup at times is not straightforward; however, once a user gets pass the initial setup hurdle it is smooth sail from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General performance testing issue. E.g. load testing existing systems to find potential bottlenecks before releasing the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cost may be high and kind of daunting at the beginning; however, the support team is amazing and will always take the extra mile to help out issues that customers face.

Tracking the stage of development in a defect.

ALM client itself take a loot on system. It should be web based and light weight so that opening and closing it doesn't scare the developers.
Tool itself behaves little buggy. Like defect detail window retains its position on Multiple monitors, and when second monitor is unplugged, then also defect details show up somewhere else but not on the main screen.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this tool for testing purpose, tool has beautiful suite of features. Features like 'TEST PLAN''TEST LAB'and ''DEBUGS' makes user to validate the client requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but improvisation on the user interface is required.

Testing various clients across Middle East, USA, AUS and UK reasons.

There is nothing much to dislike. Some kinds of report generation would have been userful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best thing about this tool is its very light in nature. You can click and get the result. No wait time while working on it. i have used IBM Clear Quest as well which is sometimes very slow.
User account creation is very simple and can be managed by a team member by providing him an admin role.
The new version of QC has so much of improvement.
The plugin for excel sheet comes very handy and a test script written in excel sheet can be easily pushed to QC test plan.
Test lab and test plan are more than enough to track the whole system testing.
