What do you like best about the product?
Well start of, it saved atleast 40 to 50% of our time on closing redendent tickets across all operations team. And So many noise tickets tend to lose focus on the critical one, bigpanda helped to focus on the critical alerts that really requires attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the feature I am looking for is intelligent correlation rather than we manually write the correlation rules. Also option for cloud watch integration with the SNS or SNP integration option would be be great.
Also re-try mechanism to Service now incase any communication issues for a ticket.
Also some advance reporting features will help to analyze the tickets as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above,To reduce noisy tickets (redundant alerts) which saved 40-50% of the human effort in closing them manually in service now.
For calling features it helped to be able to integrate with the pagerduty and some of our custom tool for which previous we never has any sort of correlation mechanism as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If any one looking for the solution to reduce the tickets by intelligent ticket correlation tool, i say switch or opt to big panda, trust me this is going to help a lot in the IT operations. It provides variety integration options to all of your monitoring tool. Be it may be Catchpoint, Logic monitor, Sites scope, custom monitors, solarwind,or non monitoring tool like slack or pager-duty , big panda provides tools for all of your applications or integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
BigPanda is allowing us to shift out effort in a more productive manner. Rather than giving our engineers busy work to close incidents, we are now able to focus on solving issues, performing root cause, and track down methods to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike BigPanda's deduplicaiton method. While I understand there is a management piece to the alert storm and this is all part of the noise, it becomes a 'black box' and we cannot peer inside and see what happened to an alert. Adding a GUI element would improve this a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using BigPanda to tame the alert storms from our noises platforms. We have also found there is going to be great benefit in the ETL pieces. I hope these continue to be refined and developed.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and intuitive, and the alert pipeline/correlation logic is well defined. The OOTB integrations are straightforward and easy to set up. The APIs that do exist seem to be well documented and are easy to consume.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much of the configuration seems to be behind the scenes and not exposed to end users. The phrase "our customer care team can take care of that for you" sends shivers down my spine ;). There are a few configuration options that don't seem to support our use case very well. Basically any option that takes a "global" affect is not desirable for our MSP-like environment.

Additionally, the lack of customer facing APIs is disappointing. We're very big on automation, especially surrounding onboarding of new clients and users, and the lack of APIs for groups/environments/integrations/users hinders our ability to automate onboardings in BigPanda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda works really well for us to correlate alerts and "auto-share" into ServiceNow. Our alert handling pipeline before was rather manual, with human interaction necessary to correlate alerts into tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so flexible that it integrated our application AppDynamics with out any issue and helped us to monitor all the IT incidents in one place. This really monitors, analyzes the data and creates IT incidents automatically and shares on our incident tracking tool JIRA
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to say what i dislike about the tool since we are using it for sometime now, once we are into the system we would very well understand what we want to the tool to be improved and also based on user needs one can like or dislike the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident management on real time, Analysis the data from multiple sources and correlating it and generating high level incidents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good Tool and good customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert aggregation by getting all the alerts into one place.
The customer support reps are really helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a delay when the infrastructure is pretty huge, other than that, we have no issues with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in removing the process of manually creating different tickets for various teams and sometimes the tickets would be lost in the system. With bigpanda, we can manage all under one UI and the incident management process has improved a lot ever since this has been implemented
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BigPanda is a great company heading into the right direction, there is still some roome for improvement, but the company seems to be working hard and should be able to significantly help your organizations, Plus, the customer supoort is always just a call away and they seem happy to help
