What do you like best about the product?
Alert aggregation and integration between our ticketing system and the alert portal
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the OOTB integrations need further development

Bigpanda helped us move out email and into a single pane of glass to watch all our alerts

What do you like best about the product?
I like its features and that it creates multiple alerts for similar issues and you can create a large number of tickets and the event manager is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, they do not have any faults, all very well with this great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's implemented primarily for ticketing and creating alerts, and we've had a lot of success.

BigPanda - An Effective and Efficient NOC Monitoring Tool

What do you like best about the product?
1) BigPanda aggregates data from inbound tools such as Icinga, ThousandEyes, Prometheus, Jira, and others. BigPanda’s machine learning will correlate data into a small number of actionable incidents as they are detected in real-time before they escalate into outages.
2) BigPanda's integration with Outbound Tools such as Slack, WebEx, Teams, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc., automates and streamlines the incident response lifecycle across incident triage, ticketing, and notifications allowing accelerated remediation.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) BigPanda still lacks the feasibility to show the alert count in a particular incident which would be very helpful to NOC and IT Ops in some instances to determine the alert count.
2) BigPanda needs to improve on the Activity Tab front, wherein we can't currently filter between Comments, Incident Sharing and Incident status changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) BigPanda’s ability to eliminate IT noise, surface the root cause of problems, and automate manual incident management tasks improving MTTR across the organization.
2) BigPanda's Integrations with CMDB provide Event Enrichment details, improving the quality of data fed to BigPanda’s AI/ML algorithms. This leads to
cleansing, preparing and enriching the alert data payload with rich operational and topological context.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the metrics integration, and the intuitive user interface is excellent for being a bust environment offering data ingestion capabilities and a fantastic support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there are no faults; everything works as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is excellent for management, alerts, ticketing, complete administration in our organisation and improving productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good tool; I like that you can easily issue tickets, and the user interface is fantastic because it feels smooth for handling, monitoring and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative about this tool, just a little documentation for some features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are many, such as incident resolution, monitoring, data analysis, tracking and ticketing, all in one tool and one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate with multiple tools, let it be inbound or outbound
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much utilization of AIOps. Although it offers few correlation patterns, they are basic and hardly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple tools in the environment, BigPanda helps them to integrate and be in top of the issues

What do you like best about the product?
I love the timeline and activity tab, where we can see everything and the dashboards that we have in analytics tab it provide us more insight to the ongoing issues/activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't faced any issues yet. So I don't have anything to dislike about Bigpanda
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The alert correlation and enrichment features are more benefiting in handling our process

What do you like best about the product?
The correlation patterns used by BigPanda are fantastic. The SAAS solutions that is provided is the best among the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support services are lagging somewhere. it would require many enhancements and quick resolutions are must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigPanda has a good feature of raising support cases and they provide update on the same by which we can take a track of the updates on the issue.
