CloudBees is a powerful platform for continuous integration
What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees is easily configurable, it can be easily modified and extended. The extensive set of plugins makes Jenkins flexible and allows you to build, deploy, and automate on multiple platforms. Problems are detected and resolved almost immediately, keeping the software in a state where it can be safely released at any time. Jenkins support is a great helper tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing that I think needs to be improved is that it has very little documentation, which leads to a high learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBees allows you to automate much of the work of building, testing, and deploying your code. Most of the integration work is automated. Therefore, the integration problems are minor. This saves time and money over the life of a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CloudBees allows the implementation of all the news directly in the base code, to avoid a long and problematic integration phase at the end of a project. I recommend it.

Cloudbees CD Fundamental tool for automation.
What do you like best about the product?
With cloudbees everything becomes easier for us in the company, all implementations are secure and reliable, so we leave all those processes in the past; In addition, with this product, technology advances, since it constantly lives innovating, which generates a lot of confidence in the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date what we have is good references, this tool has met all the expectations that we had in the beginning and in this time we have noticed a great effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a magnificent automation tool, which we use for the implementation of the different stages of all the processes of the organization that were previously annoying by the different scripts everywhere. Now everything is centralized with cloudbees, in terms of processes, confirmation of codes, all publications are at the maximum, which makes us feel very comfortable with this product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has excellent resources for the customization of processes and control panels, which facilitates the orchestration process and better constant in real time. Use it in your company, it will suit you better.

What do you like best about the product?
Is a centrally managed experience with a wide variety of features to use on kubernetes platforms. You can simply manage more Jenkins at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Helps you to reduce costs with a compelling native environment and a unique cloud CI. I recommend it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can simply extend security management and maintain build pipelines. Problems like improving practice enforcement. One of the features I like the most is Cloudbees CI checkpoint. The migration assistant helped me with pipelines transition and was very easy to use

Off the shelf continuous integration plateform. No infrastructure deployment cost.

It may cost some money if we use it for long time period intensively, compared to self managed solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The engineering demo and walk thru of new features. The new features truly inspired us to improve us CI CD pipeline and looking forward to integrate new challenges and opportunities to our existing pipeline. I also like the ability to extend and install newest plugin for our jenkins instance and being able to provide latest integration with existing project.
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of real time support and tedious process, sometime we cannot get hold of specifc person from Cloudbees to support us for an urgent issue.

the continuous ci integration of our development pipeline, save time and money and bosst the productivity of development work. This is the great opportunity for our team to extend our support and produce the sanctification in developer and QA's daily work. All the tools that this software has are very good and there are many better ones that are in the works, so we have no complaints.

It cost us a lot to make the decision to use this product, because it is a new product that one does not know how it will be used and everything else, but once you integrate it into your organization, you will be delighted with it, for its simplicity and easy implementation. , in addition to acting with great ease with all the strategies that it has that are very helpful in the business, one of them no less important is the monitoring of the resources that are consumed, as well as deactivating any function that is not according to the work executed.

I can say that so far we have not had problems with Cloudbees CI, its implementation was as expected very simple, in terms of its use and characteristics it is very complete, we have no complaints of any kind.

The adaptation process was very simple, being a bit new with this product we had some doubts about its productivity in a short term, but afterwards we obtained many benefits, it can be integrated with various platforms which makes it more functional.

Powerful Deployment Orchestration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate and govern all aspects of the CD process. Out of the box integration with third party tools is very powerful, specifically when needing to pull data from other sources for release gating and generating deployment reports. The ability to extend the capabilities of the tool through the use of custom procedures and plugins gives flexibility to developers to deploy software based on their requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the tool can be complex. The platform has many new concepts that could be a potential challenge for user adoption. Without proper training and user onboarding, there is the possibility that users and development teams will be unable to use this product to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strong deployment orchestration/automation with increased enterprise governance and measurability. Decrease in production incidents caused by deployment errors.
