It has given me an opportunity to update our sales platform. The Jenkins support team is always ready to help when there is breakdown. It is flexible and easy to use the platform for data keeping of our customers in the cloud.

The support personnel of CloudBees are highly trained and experienced. They typically fill in the gaps in plugins and documentation of the Jenkins, especially if Java programmers are not people who try to use them. It is also hard to discern where exactly they go. But I may ask someone for a fast answer in case I have a request. I love your attention to detail step by step by step.

Often there is no documentation, e.g. where you can check for an update or how a particular folder can be handled.
