Automate & automate with Cloudbees CI and focus more time in product development
What do you like best about the product?
Continuous improvement in the product, easy to use and easy to integrate with other SDLC toolchains. Ability to incorporate a multitude of plugins without compromising security. The customer support is excellent. The support execs assist if needed when you need to upgrade your software or make other changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any downside with the use of Cloudbees. I need to explore if Cloudbees already provides security features and capabilities, such as inbuilt modules that will scan for predefined security policies, specifically for infrastructure-related or docker image scans, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good friend of all DevOps engineers and DevSecOps. A platform where you can focus on what you need to automate and make that happened easily. Code is easily managed and integrated with Cloudbees, and deployments are controlled so that you can focus on your engineering or product-related priorities. It solves the problems of getting your product to the market faster and with security.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees Feature Management provides complete control over the whole feature management cycle, from staging to release, allowing for simple viewing of all feature flags. It makes it extremely simple to handle feature flag permissions, such as rolling them out to specified users and restricting changes to the flag settings to users with read-only access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike for the CloudBees.

We have implemented a feature flag management platform to streamline our product release process. This platform offers exceptional and innovative features that enable us to optimize our feature flag releases while also ensuring compliance with software delivery security regulations.

I can serve my team & myself with fast, secure workflows and feature management, which helps me to stop rewriting scripts, fixing bugs, and waiting for builds.

I haven't come across any significant drawbacks, but I have noticed that the learning curve is a bit steep.

Cloudbees, the best enterprise level tool for jenkins
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using cloudbees close to 3 years now. Considering the potential of this tool. We have implemented cloudbees practically for everything, from PR checker jobs to CI/CD automation, from artifactory builds to sonars canning of repos.
There are various third party integrations available that helps us to work close to all the tools together.
The best part is its customer support which is very fast depending on the priority of the issue.

As a cloudbees administrator and user, I haven't found any downsides yet, because it has everything that open source jenkins has. Plus it has enterprise level offerings.

Most unique tool for marking features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to do any heavy-duty code to selectively activate a feature for some users or accounts or based on some other arbitrary criterion. Changing the feature signal values in CloudBees has immediate effects; thus, turning parts on and off doesn't necessitate a new deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing whatsoever from my perspective; all functionalities function correctly. The UI is intuitive, and the online documentation is a helpful resource.

Whether for application integration or gathering client input on specific products, CloudBees Feature Management is our go-to tool. When we hear feedback, we use it to improve our products.
Amazing feature flagging and monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to get the real time time feedback and recommendations from our end customers each time we roll out a new feature on our infrastructure stack. This helps us to get useful insights for the feature. The UI UX is very nice, and the architecture in place is also easy to interpret and understand, allowing you to customize it as per your requirement and need.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, all looks good to my team and me but maybe we can add more protocols in place when it comes to data security in place. Also, the support can be made better but the product in itself is good and self-explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to get the user insight whenever we flag a feature, do some new deployment and then specifically monitor that feature. The end user with read only access is able to comment if thereis anything thats not working for them or they want us to work upon. Also, this feature management availability has helped us to improve our delivery cycle and at the same time reducing our turn around time.
Jenkins Enterprise solution that fills the wholes that Open Source can't do
What do you like best about the product?
Operation Center is the most valuable feature I found on Cloudbees CI. At my company we have more than 50 jenkins instances and CJOC provides us the perfect solution to manage all of this from a single point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was expecting that casc plugin provided on top of open-source plugin solves things like items or that provides a kind of solution that helps on coding bundles (Export tool works but I was expecting in something more easily to interact)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, CJOC is solving us the problematics of managing such amount of jenkins.
The plugins compatibility is another problem that we faced on Open-source jenkins that now Beekeeper is helping on.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the flexibility of this product. With a flexible architecture, CloudBees Feature Management is open to customization which allows it to adapt easily and fit perfectly with yiur specific needs. It makes it super easy to manage feature flag permissions including roll out to specific users and giving permission only to users with read only access to make changes on the flag configuration. This also helps devide who sees which new feature and when. With use of advanced technology, it makes it possible to automate various tasks like flag cleanup to improve their efficiency by eliminating any human errors. CloudBees Feature Management gives ones total control over the entire features management cycle from staging to release making it easy to have a very clear visibility of all the feature flags.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the kind of experience i have had with CloudBees Feature Management, i don't think there is any feature that is less helpful or any aspect that is difficult to use.

CloudBees Feature Management i used as a feature flag management platform to help us streamline our product releases experience. It provides most powerful and unique functions that makes it possible to optimize our feature flag releases while maintaining the security policies for software delivery.
