Completely Misleading Product

Despite including the phrases "Full support is also available" and "Visit us at https://www.varnish-software.com/support/ to activate support", this product contains no support from Varnish.

Instead, when you contact them to try and activate support, they tell you they can't offer you support for this product and then try to sell you a separate subscription that includes support. Why are you even selling your software here if you won't support it? Unbelievable.
