Improved efficiency and reduced risks with ARIS
What do you like best about the product?
ARIS provids great insights about existing processes and it helped me reduce risks associated with it. I also helped us identify areas which can be automated. It also helped us develop new processes using process mining.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I disliked but Ibwould be very nitpicking to say sometimes it generates too much info about the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us identify new processes for automation. It has also helped us identify risks and vulnerabilities in existing processes.

AG ARIS The Business Solution Platform
What do you like best about the product?
ARIS Provides number of tools that can be used to optimize business processes which is very helpful to monitor workflows for improved business automation and connectivity with ARIS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Version controlling is quite difficult to handle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARIS is generally used to help businesses manage risk and compliance. ARIS can be help businesses to identify and mitigate risks,and to ensure that their processes comply with relevant regulation.

The integration of multiple areas in our work enviorment at ACP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to teach to new employees at first without any backround in using the programs and software

The only issue we have is teaching the various usages in our platform to new employees
A user's perspective on AG Aris
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool we are using right now. It offers so many features and makes our work easy. It is very easy to visualise our business process with AG Aris. We can easily manage our end to end process using that. Whatever operation is that, it works seamlessly. Everyone on the team can now understand how things work together. It also identifies wherever improvement needs to be done and suggests that to the user. It is overall a powerful software packed with lots of features and functions. It is easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's a very useful software, and the software offers a wide range of features but the user have to learn it first how to use it. It took us some time to get to know the software and we have to learn it all and then only we got comfortable using it. Also it is little bit pricey and use have to pay extra money for using latest features. But it is worth it in a long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well Aris is solving two major problems in the industry which is unclear processes and hidden bottlenecks. Aris helps user to clearly define the process and visualise the workflows, it ensures that everyone is getting familiar with the process and ensures everyone understands their role and know how tasks are connected. We use this for documentation and it all works very accurately. They also provide data driven solutions and saves a lot of time and we find all these very productive as it saves a lot of time for us and makes our work easy.
ARIS Tool for Process Mapping - One of the best
What do you like best about the product?
Used ARIS for mapping different processes using BPMN notation
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I feel that the training for ARIS Modeler is not adequate enough. I think trainings can be better. The trainings used ARIS cloud as example but the test environment provided is the basic one so was not able to relate much with the training videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us to design complex Process Maps using BMPN 2.0 notation and it's quite important also as most of the companies are using ARIS for process maps
ARIS Process Modeler - Best Process Mapping Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used Software AG ARIS Process Modeler for process mapping purposes. The training material is very informative and self sufficent and helps us understand BPMN concepts. Tool itself is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything to dislike about this tool yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it mainly for Process Mapping but I am also trained for Process Mining solution as well and both tools are serving their purposes quite efficiently
Go to tool for process design and modeling
What do you like best about the product?
This has been a go-to software for process design and capabilities have been the number one choice for clients. The kind of depth it brings to the table is amazing. The way it stores process models and follows global standards is amazing. The ease, with which you play with the tool is quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its adaptability can be improved. I also feel that if compatibility with other tools can be improved, this is one of the best tools in the market. Customer support is too lagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the ARIS BPA for defining and maintaining repositories for various industries further facilitating projects like portfolio management, enterprise architecture consulting, and mainly for SAP and BPM solutions.

Process Automation makes the manual work minimal in business flow, Open system that is adaptable to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
scalability is a major concern, if we want to use it for big size project will cause efficiency issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes the Process seamless, transformed our process of interacting and sharing the information using documentation. Now the ARIS process makes documentation process standardized.

What do you like best about the product?
ARIS Cloud Enterprise is covered by virus scanning and intrusion prevention systems to protect the cloud infrastructure. The system is monitored for security as well as for nonstop performance, and Operations Services will act on any security alert.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay to have the updates, for example, they release new objects for use, but the pricing method does not allow you to use them, unless you pay for it.
