What do you like best about the product?
Fast, easily identify suspicious activity in network traffic so threats are quickly identified and handled.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support protocol validation and reputation based filtering.

Network monitoring , blocking cyberattacks

Suppory vulnebility abs and exploit signatures,protocol decodingand validation for network traffic IP TCP UDP and etc, fast and reliable ,proven and tested.

What do you like best about the product?
cost-effective, protect my AWS deployments and meet regulatory compliance like PCI DSS, SOX, and HIPAA. Ease of Implementation, Great Customer Satisfaction
What do you dislike about the product?
haven't found anything to dislike yet. Once I do, will surely notify Alert Logic Threat Manager

Cloud Strategy and Overall Value Their technology is on par with others; their service however is their differentiator. Their technical team is exceptional and constantly focus on our needs and risk. T
Powerful features handicapped by an awful UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the human backed security monitoring that is in the background of the automated scanning. I like the aggregation of all kinds of logs into one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is atrocious and makes it extremely difficult to use to proactively look for potential issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Alert Logic as an IDS and to help meet HIPAA compliance in our AWS environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's many other tools out there that do similar things. I'd definitely check them out to see if you can get feature parity for cheaper with a better UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Engineering team during both pre-sales and implementation were responsive and outstanding to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Log management and threat detection did not provide much benefit. It did help us to identify a script error, however, we rarely received threat alerts from Alert Logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform performs 24x7x365 security monitoring which was our primary goal

Excellent product and easy to use, it is having very good performance and also easy for installation and configuration including any custom one.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Interface can be better without compromising speed. Need some more improvements for OS X (mac operating system)

Application speed, application performance and list of failed login attempts for the day

Update the UI for easy access without compromising application speed.

In this scary days of internet threats this software keeps us alerted like your home alarm when some intrusion happen so you can block it before damage happens
