Database that is easy to create and access
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about my sql is it is easy to set up. Easy to connect to the application.

Some times it’s hard to figure out where the issue is when using MySQL

What do you like best about the product?
It is a free source for database management. This system is stable & free. And we can use this in production applications also. I used this for many projects. This is very easy to learn . it is simple. very easy to install. The database never crashes so that we can use this tool very securely. it is very fast also.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such dislikes. Only i felt like there is no sql editor for connecting to the database server. Other-than that i used it perfectly

We are dealing some project that needs the database management system.

MySQL is reliable and highly scalable, therefore convenient for small and large scale businesses alike. The community version is free and there is tons of helpful information from online communities for the benefit of for novice and expert users. It offers simple features that are easy to learn and can be budnled with other software stack eg XAMPP

MySQL offers fewer data types as compared to other DB applications. Working with complex queries occasionally makes the application unstable and it may crash

What do you like best about the product?
Solving data warehousing problems without thinking much about the hassles of understanding the data which is in the datamarts or any database. It helps all the typical functions like analytics reporting, joining, creating and maintaining databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it because of its complex structure. I want it to be more simplified and to be more user-friendly. Ease of the usage by the user is very important. There could be more functions which could be added to make it useful by the user like data modeling, data storage, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My domain is healthcare. I want the data to be cleaned and more user-defined. I use it everywhere like an ETL process and analytics as well as reporting. Data loading is pretty slow as compared to other tools like Teradata. Handling of large datasets is a problem with this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This Tool should implement more scenarios to include big data problems to be dealt with ease. User-friendly querying on the tool is preferred like Teradata. Markets should be educated about the tool. More tutorials must be published about handling procedures and advanced SQL.

Actually MYSQL is a best platform where we could easily handle databases with compatible functions like create,update,alter and delete tables.This structured query language provides user freiendly commands which helps in dealing with databases very easily.

Sometimes this is taking very long time to respond after executing run command.So this would reduce customer satisfaction as it could waste the time.

It is very good database management software especially for web programming works since its environment and configuration is oriented to this type of projects, it has a high standard of data and records security and the speed of response of queries it is quite good, its configuration makes the connection to projects developed in PHP quite easy and the sentences to work with the databases are very simple
What do you dislike about the product?
is a bit ugly in design to manage tables and database queries and does not have help wizards like other database software such as access or sql server, so the ellaboration of queries and procedures in the tables is quite tedious or long because each statement must be written manually which takes more time than necessary, and not being intiutive makes its use difficult for users who are starting to program in sql since they must connect the precise sentences to work in this software mysql

this software is ideal for web programming, and I use it easily when I have to design web applications in which I have to have input and output records since with mysql the connection and speed of response for each sentence is very good, it allows me to work quickly also gives me the assurance that my data is safeguarded because it has a good level of security coding fields this is of vital importance to me because I have developed applications where the data that shows and manages the company are on the Internet and must be safe the possibility of someone from outside entering the data of our system

It is very good software for web works for its easy connectivity and security on the web but you must openly connect the sql language to work since mysql does not have help options

Being an open source software makes it available for anyone! This is great because it can be applied on any company, regardless of its size. Also, in comparison with other online software, it tends to be known by almost anyone who works on IT, so the community behind it is very large. In case you have any doubt, a member of the community is always able to help you solve your issue.

Considering that MySQL can be adapted on almost every field, it can be hard to understand for beginners. The difficulty comes when you’re learning to research on the storage, with all the parameters involved. Also, it has a lack of compatibility with other RDBMS.

MySQL is one of the most important tools on the IT department of my company, especially used when it comes to access and regulate any data within our database.

1. I am a developer and I have 3 years of experience and till then I am using MySQL database to develop my project and it is helping me a lot to achieve my requirements for my projects.
