I like everything in mysql,everything is perfect.

some sql syntax are different ,so some times difficult to work.

What do you like best about the product?
MySQL workbench has a straightforward UI with access to good tools such as schemas navigator and SQL documentation. It is a very affordable tool for large data dumps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels a little bit outdated and can be a little overwhelming at first. The documentation can be a bit convoluted at times. This is mitigated by good StackOverflow forums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MySQL stores our client's data in a warehouse where we can query and update it and connect it to our ETL processes. This warehouse reflects what our clients would use.

Mysql is best RDBMS

What do you like best about the product?
Mysql is the most effective and easy-to-use database management system, The best thing about MySQL is that it only took me 2 weeks to learn it. and it is the most widely used DBMS. I have to connect to the database using the host and port number and I can quickly write some queries for data retrieval on insertion. and when in read queries, it is so much easier to understand because it looks like it is written in simple English.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any thing about MySQL because it's just perfect for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot because other relational database management systems are way too hard for me. Hence, I decided to go with MySQL because I knew that MySQL was easy to learn but I didn't expect it to be this easy to understand, so simply it saved a lot of my time and is perfect for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is embedded in the software. Like we can have SQL workbench, SQL server and SQL command prompt. Everything is present you just have to mark them at the time of installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation in between the app might be little bit confusing. Its hard to find what you're looking for. You need to play with the settings for getting used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used for creating, managing and updating the database. And database is used for storing the information and data's of the employees or working candidate of the company.

Uptime, Easy to install, and scale with applications like WordPress or any other applications as the majority market use this DB

Sometimes it becomes headache to grant privileges to certain users.

If you switch from your current database programmes to this platform, you might save a lot of money.

Now MySQL also intregrate with Cloud technology also which is manage service
Everything will be on cloud so which provides high cost free server,high maintenance free environment.

There are many more features related on MySQL i am 4+ years working experience with this technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nosql function is not available for currently in in MySQL but in upgrade they take initiative for this.
Currently horizontal scaling not support in MySQL
I would like to say if MySQL provide above features which is great for us

There are many areas where is solve MySQL error which enhances my skills

Low cost and Oracle supported which helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks features - would like to see more enhancements around thread pooling and replication.

We shard our database and Mysql works pretty well for that

What do you like best about the product?
Legacy useability, lots of documentation, easy integrations, and relatively quick onboarding for most use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slower compared to newer, more-modern DB types. Additionally, since MySQL is schema-based, it will inherently suffer from compatibility issues in schema matching during integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acting as a system of record (SOR), as well as a PHP-integrated data store for our web applications.

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to get started with. As it is a very popular database management system with a lot of users, it is very easy to find help from others if you get stuck somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that are difficult, it doesn't support Arrays as a data type which is very problematic. Also, sometimes it takes a lot of time to start up if the databases are huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me by providing a structured way to store data and query it with a simple query language. There is a lot of ORM for MySQL in almost every language, which makes it easy to query databases.
