My Review of Rocket.Chat
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to build a Chat application easily using the open source codebase. This helped my previous organization build an alternative to Slack in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Notification interface of Rocket.Chat, although it can be customized but it should come out excellently by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The exorbitant cost of running a large scale organization using SaaS like Slack, Microsoft Teams etc.

User friendly. Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Rocket is very much light weight communication channel within the organisation. Sharing of documents and creation of group chat is best features. You can create your own channel for any kind of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike only improvement is on area of more features. Searching of chat can be improved by adding more search options on various levels. Looking forward to have very soon.

Faster communication.

A aparência é bastante funcional. Gosto da opção de poder criar salas de conversas na qual podemos conversamos com nossos colaboradores internos e externos

Não tenho o que reclamar dele até o momento. Apenas ficamos um pouco chateados porque uma grande parte de nossos colaboradores não aderiram a ferramenta.

Em relação a nossa ultima ferramenta que era bem obsoleta e não podiámos criar salas diversas. Essa ferramenta além de possuir um designer bem funcional, nos auxilia numa melhor comunicação com nossos colaboradores internos e externos.

All the possibilities of integraiton with external tools. Also, the possibility to have a unique place to talk with my team with different channels and people .

I have some problems with my ios application which logouts everytime i close it. Also, i would like to have video tutorial to pass to my non tech teams to facilitate our work.

I believe the rocket chat solves problems like having one place to talk about work without having messages from family, clients, etc. Also, protects the confidential data of my bussiness.

I believe that the ease of installation, using SNAP, Docker or Kubernetes, is one of my strongest points.
But the various features like LiveChat, and integrations with webhooks are very good and simple to install

In my view as an administrator, the features related to the Federation are not very useful from my point of view.
It may be something useful for other admins but I believe it is not something so interesting for the vast majority of users

In addition to internal communication, helping with compliance between teams, we are also solving several other problems, such as the use of livechat and the entire omnichannel part of the software, which has been guaranteeing us various data regarding support, commercial and financial services.
Rocket.Chat é fantástico. Usamos ele há mais de 4 anos e aumentou em muito a produtividade do time.
