Joomla is the best software solution for my web sites
What do you like best about the product?
For me Joomla is the best software solution for my web sites, it provides me the possibility to create a web site even if I don’t have a web design knowledge. I like that I can use many templates, plugins and functions.It makes my work much easier. I can customize my pages as I wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I have to pay for some temples, I also can find free templates but these are limited with not too many customization options. Joomla has a huge amount of data and it takes a while until you will set up your data into a ftp server. WordPress is much simple than Joomla
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team decided to quickly make a webpage site with no knowledge of HTML, CSS or Javascript. Joomla helped us to do this. I have installed Joomla to a cloud storage and I’ve got a template, the customization was easy and we had the site on air very quick. All we have to do is to have a clear view about our project and we can implement it fast with Joomla.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you first to ask your supervisor before start using Joomla for your projects. Maybe Joomla will be your best solution or maybe not, it depends on your web site that you want to develop.

I absolutely love Joomla!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the control panel for Joomla, it is dynamic and allows you to completly customize websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some of the software I want to use with the CMS doesn't always work depending on the version of Joomla installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building websites with Joomla for several small buisnesses.

There are alot of extensions for basically any need you have!
New to it but love it!

The control board and some options could be a little easier to use.

I like absolutely nothing about this product.

Where do I begin? The interface is not intuitive, the help documentation is out of date...I could go on and on.

Try Wordpress instead

Ease of installation. Perfect guides for install and usage for the product. Updates are very easy to accomplish
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to install a module or plugin for everything. It would be nice to have a lot if it integrated already, and just turn on when you need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There isnt an option to email all your customers. With the other expansions that are available, there is great tracking of orders and locations of users.

It is very simple to use. If you are considering it, do it. You will not be disappointed!

Easy to use, make daily changes on the fly and easy to control user accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was difficult to get used to but after training, reading and doing a lot of hands-on it was much easier. Not something to pickup on overnight.

Easy to design cutting edge websites that meet my customer needs and easy to train the customers on how to add/change content.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to own my content and my platform certainly make Joomla very compelling. I have never had any issues with finding companies who are able to support the application whenever I needed. If there was ever a time I struggled with something, there was always a member in the active community to help out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there is no formal company which maintains the platform, you are at the mercy of the community to release new updates. Unlike WordPress, Joomla is a community-based application, so if there are every a security update, you have to hope that there will be someone who can quickly solve it and release a patch to the rest of the community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joomla does a wonderful job at allowing its users to modify the framework to be completely customizable. Joomla is simply a foundation for what you are looking to do for your application. It can be a simple single-page website, or it can be a highly customized e-commerce application.

Joomla is the perfect CMS for those who are looking to get selling their products online in the blink of an eye.

What do you like best about the product?
The design builder is pretty easy. It's easy to make quick edits to the site without knowledge of coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super impressed by their plugin library. I think Wordpress has a better repository.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking into rebvamping our website and checked out Joomla. It wans't bad, but I think that Wordpress did a better job of customization.
Good platform for ease of use, but can be quirky

Ease of use is nice, but once you get fully running with it it can be quirky.
What do you dislike about the product?
No as "self-explanatory" as other platforms. Often need to do searches or contact for help. Users cannon edit templates and storage is limited.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your homework. It has to be the right fit since there are so many options these days. Although the costs are good, the support can be lagging and flexibility not as useful as WordPress.

I like Joomla admin panel a most, it is very easy to use and all the possible things which is needed is available at one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike a default design of some joomla component like Jomsocial, J review, may be it can be improvable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have developed many websites using Joomla and Mobile apps as well, so I have provided many solutions for many businesses. Implemented Jomsocial, Sobi, Sobipro, Jreview, K2, Kunena forum etc.
