What do you like best about the product?
We use Joomla to build our website and because it is easy for our development team to make changes and updates to it through its multiple templates, extensions and design resources that Joomla offers, it is also extremely useful for creating the best web content. It is the best system for managing content and has multiple training resources to make the best of its benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without a doubt it would be its high price and its limitations in terms of web page construction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited from Joomla to create excellent content for our website, we have also built it using this tool, the templates and designs that Joomla makes available really mean a saving of time and it also has a good community, training material and forums where we can support each other to make the most of the tools it offers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best tool for the creation and construction of content for websites for both expert and inexperienced developers, without a doubt I would recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is powerful and secures CMS software as it helps in ensuring the safety and integrity of your content so that no one will be able to access it without authority. It helps in editing your content such as menu, articles, category and a lot more. It is easy as well as powerful platform for creating tools thus any developers and programming skills are not needed for creating multiple menus through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modifying codes in it may be a complex procedure for some users. It may not meet the requirements of large enterprises as some of its features are not compatible with these enterprises. Extra features for security should be more helpful and will satisfy more customers. It has a poor preview ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a built-in cache feature which helps in making your websites faster. It helps in building URL through it which are search engine friendly. It has a large library and collection of extensions and templates. Most of its templates are paid you just need to buy them. You can easily edit and update a lot of its features directly by simply log on to your websites as you don’t have to go to its backend setting for making changes into your sites.

- Sometimes cache build up becomes a problem, and cache has to be cleaned out.
- Joomla lacks the capability of a detailed preview. And there's no decent plugin for that.
- With Joomla, database problems are fairly common! Particularly when trying to migrate to a new server and/or updating data in a database.
- There is lack of authentication and protection measures to safeguard the content of the website and user information obtained through the portal.

Joomla is an open source framework used to build web pages and apps. It ties the site to a database in order to make it easy for both site managers and visitors to handle and produce content. Overall my experience has been very good with Joomla.

Joomla has given its maximum potential in each update. They have added nested categories to have a more organized hierarchy control, they also added revision control, whose action that has gone wrong can be reversed for example a failure in the publication of an article. While Joomla is easy to learn, it's learning curve is more complex than that of other CMSs like Drupal, Wix, Weebly, and WordPress. I personally disliked the outlook of the sites I built with Joomla. Websites built with Joomla seemed less elegant than that built with other CMS

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to host multiple sites and content for clients and internal teams simultaneously on one platform. We were exploring complete ownership of our platform, with all the tools we needed for performance and integration, as well as managing our teams, and Joomla seemed ideal to try this out on, along with Drupal. Within a couple of hours, it was cleat to us that Joomla was the simpler of the two platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit much to take on, especially from an Admin role, but I really don't see how you can get around it. The setup seems to compartmentalized but as a small business, the training time was tedious, but that wasn't because of a lack of material. It just seemed like the training was a project of it's own accord.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilization of internal teams with secure access to resources all in a well organized package
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The admin needs to take out time to scrutinize and understand the system. I believe once you're Admin is clued on, they can disseminate the information and make it easier for users.
A pretty good option if you are looking to create a basic blog

The advantage of Joomla in addition to being free is that it offers facilities to people who have little knowledge in the area of web page programming. It is something intuitive and with many options available to create a very complete basic blog. It also has a very good administrator panel where you can manage the pages that your site has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite all its advantages, it has many weak points to consider, starting with the fact that even though it has many widgets and plugins, its repertoire is not really that wide. It is also not recommended if you want to create a professional website with a large number of options and its SEO optimization is not very advanced such as other software that offers the same service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite being a basic option, it has always helped me when the need arises to create a simple web page or a basic blog, since Joomla was one of the first CMS that I started using a few years ago and I still see it very Useful.

This program is free and it is ideal for those who have little knowledge in web page programming and wish to create a web page or a basic blog under PHP code.

It is quite an easy platform to install and operate. It takes very less time to start working on it. It is easy as compared to WordPress and simple as compared to drupal. Thousands of useful plugins accessible at the homepage of Joomla. If you want to make your platform more functional you can also install some of its paid plugins as well. It has an abundance of helpful tutorials and tools. It creates websites in a hierarchical order which is not a complicated process.

Some advanced templates and modules are missing in it but it is improved than WordPress. You have to increase your resources and more storage if your website is too large and having lots of visitors. Most of its modules are paid. There are some compatibility issues between its plugins.

It has extensive and beneficial boards for discussions. It has a comprehensive system of navigation for managing hierarchies. Sites can be managed with thousands of sub-pages. It generates friendly links through scripts. Links can also be generated from browsers. The administration panel is providing advanced functions that are complex but easy to learn. One of its main function is content management.

Cost compared to other platforms are very high.

I like the flexibility of adding extension to see what fits my desire. The mobile friendly function is the most beneficial being that most people use their phones.

Adding new content is fast and easy and I like the plugins

It doesn't have quite as many plugins and products as I would look for add-ons.

I had issues with some bugs but they have been mostly sorted in the last couple of weeks
