FAcile à installer et à utiliser
What do you like best about the product?
j'adore la prise en main de cet outil Joomla. On l'avait testé avec noe dev et les inté de l'agence. Au début il etaient reticents et préferaient travailler sur Wordpress

Je ne connais pas du tout les tarif de cette solution informatique joom La mais on m'a dit que c'est pas donné, et qu'il faut du temps et le temps c'est de la ....

What do you like best about the product?
The wide support of this CMS, you can practically install it on all webhosting providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be a little easier to manage, especially at the level of extensions (add-ons or plugins).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my main working websites are supported by Joomla. It is much more secure and stable than WordPress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A CMS more secure than WordPress, and just as versatile.

Assemble a web page without the need to know HTML or CSS code, templates and themes of all kinds for all the categories you need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly in the automatic updates of plugins I have problems because the complete service stops me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mount website with custom functions, manage user and database, automatic with drag and drop, free code and free to install on any compatible server.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the simplest platform for CMS web/E-commerce/Multilingual website/ creation. Already has all the required ingredients for a great website without a coding background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monthly updates for plugins and templated, Free templates are limited. A very easy target for hackers. Security is not that high, SEO is not up to mark. some timed updates crash the whole site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created many websites in joomla, you just have to visualize and the plugin is there for that task. Recently created a CMS website for a electrical and electronic company. contact forms, e-commerce, marketing, blogs, chats etc. all solutions provided by joomla.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Joomla is best for Beginners being easy to set up. Also, Joomla is the best when it comes to multilingual websites. If you don't want a lot of customization and everything readymade suffices then Joomla is the only platform for you. When it comes to Ease of Use, Joomla is easier than WordPress.

Joomla is free, open-source software and has been supported by the community for many years.

Its interface is a bit messy, but so far, it hasn't given us any problems using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joomla allows me to add a variety of elements to the design of my website; it has specific areas for coding and other regions for images, colors, fonts, and hyperlinks. It also allows me to customize my extensions. Its configuration is straightforward and practical and even has a web assistant that helps me with every question. Joomla has made it easy for me to author a responsive and friendly website with all the functionality scripts and makes sure it is constantly updated. Thanks to Joomla, I created my website with little prior programming experience, and it has been crucial to the perfect functioning and management of my website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Joomla has a practical design which makes it not so challenging to handle, allowing us to create web pages quickly in a given time either from scratch or using templates. Its variety of extensions makes it more solid and reliable.

extensibility, easy to install, possibility of publishing workflows

UI/UX experience for admins, basic functionality need to be enhanced by external modules to implement for example images in galleries etc., you need to keep eye on security
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small business and personal websites. No real benefits - I would go with Wordpress instead or paid solution like Wix or Squarespace

What do you like best about the product?
Joomla contains tons of backend permissions that allow you to set it up for even complicated organizations. Other content management systems are geared toward blogging, but Joomla focusses on professional websites and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The large amounts of options in Joomla can make it more difficult to set up securely than other platforms. There is also a steeper learning curve for the employees that maintain the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joomla allowed us to set up our website and divide responsibilities amongst the employee stakeholders. Once trained, employees were able to maintain a professional site in a cooperative team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up a website within just a couple of hours, start to finish. Joomla includes the content management system, templates, plugins and templates, making the design and setup of a website fast and easy! And the best part? It's FREE!
What do you dislike about the product?
The boring default templates that come with the Joomla CMS are old and not attractive. Most decent templates can be costly, and while many have "free" versions, they don't come with presets that would make a website look professional and unique. Joomla also has security issues, and one must be VERY vigilent in managing CMS, extension, module, and component updates, to ensure the security of your websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joomla will bring the user into the 21st Century. If you're coming from html website development to Joomla, you'll be amazed at the ease in which you can develop your website. It literally will take you just a couple of hours, versus days. You can easilty upload and use media files, all through the administrator's control panel, vs. having to upload images via FTP, and then figuring out the link, and adding it using html code. It's really a very easy process by comparison!

When you first start Joomla, every time you come across an issue you aren't sure of, make a note of it, research the answer online or on YouTube, and then be sure to make a note of what the answer is, so you can refer back to it the next time you come across that same issue! We found that was the best way to "remember" how to resolve a repeated issue; otherwise you will forget how to fix problems!
