Buyer Beware
What do you like best about the product?
It looks like it has advanced tracking features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buyer beware. The platform is very advanced from the looks of it but since I have signed up 2 weeks ago, the system hasn't tracked time or tasks properly and after spending hours on remote sessions, chat and email support, the system is still not working and when I request additional support they have nor record of all of the tickets, meetings, etc. As a new customer, this experience has been horrible. Again the platform may be advanced but all that technology doesn't do any good if you can't use it and support can't support you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to solve remote monitoring and tracking for our agency team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need support, beware because it is poor at best.

What do you like best about the product?
Employee monitoring is the best way to keep track when most of employees are work from home. This really avoids to log the false hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing module is bit tricky and creates duplicate entry for users which absorbs my license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can actually monitor our employees work and it gets us to review correctly. We have raised and showcased this to our employees when it comes to performance appraisal.

Make sure your use cases are strong and objective is clear.

Our staff are mainly remote workers working in different time zones. Using Teramind we are able track their activities and give them feedback on the job carried.

None that I have noticed so far. I am yet to explore all the features in this product

activity involving mental or physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result from its called work and Work is a passion for me and I like to use teramind for Employee monitoring Software. in case of managing employee schedule and activity of work.

The connection between the HR and employee work on the system module is lower design

use the employee categories by its work and connect to HR head by itself and concluding the communication on it.

excellent tools for employee monitoring software- teramind
What do you like best about the product?
The in depth reporting means we can issue regular management reports to our customers board of directors with ease. there's also a silent install option so that users aren't aware the software is installed or that they're being monitored. Customer support is easy to contact via the website (chat feature) or email. I would say Teramind is your best bet, if not top 3.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is also a bit lacking - chat/email only and can be slow or needing multiple prompts for communication. I also don't like how if there is an outage of reporting it doesn't seem to be possible to get logs from the software that would indicate the reason why. I have asked and received no response from their support staff, which was irritating.
