Teramind helps in ensuring safety and security of data. It also helps us in monitoring the activities of employees and the best of all is remote control of the other systems to work on which makes our job easy and increases productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has received mulitple benefits from using Teramind and its features. It monitors activity quite capably and provides real-time insights into what employees are doing on their computers. That kind of awareness and visibility allows us to identify and prevent threats while also monitoring employee productivity and compliance.
The interference is user-friendly. Not just IT administrators but also-technical users find it easy to use so that they get most out of Teramind. It offers intuitive reports and deep analytics that facilitate informed decision-making and imporovement in areas that pose hurdles.
Another useful feature is the ability to set a coustom policies and automated alerts. We can set up rules and triggers for our specific business needs and respond proptly to any suspecious and unauthorized activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration is a bit complicated and time-consuming. It was slightly troublesome to fine-tune the policies to align with our organization's unique requirements, even though it was a one-time process. The good part is that the support team is always ready to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the advent of remote working for many employees, we had to be able to install a system to monitor them and enhance efficiency. That need is solved by Teramind which allows us to identify and prevent threats while also monitoring employee productivity and compliance.
We are not sure about our data security scenario because data access and usage is monitored and we know sentitive information is secure and confidential.
We can track employee activities and first identify and later preempt bottlenecks and areas for improvement. With automated alerts, we can respond to non-complient or risky behaviour in a timely manner, adding to productivity.
Overall, Teramind has proven to be an essential tool for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is really easy to use and everything seems to work as expected. As someone who's worked with quite a few SaaS tools I can say it's incredibly refreshing to implement something without surprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Geolocation reporting and rules to help better understand hybrid working would be great. My account rep mentioned it's in the process of rolling out now so looking forward to hearing more about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have hybrid workers which introduces both security and productivity concerns. We have DLP and Activty rules for the security side of things. We chose not to get overly granular with the productivity reporting but visibility into total work time and use of time-wasting websites has been helpful.

It is awesome!With a remote team like ours it is very difficult to manage a growing team especially when you have staff all over the world. With Teramind, we were able to maximize employee productivity. This is not only benefits our company but also benefits the employee. We are working efficiently and effectively. This solution captures everything and stops data leakages.

What do you dislike about the product?
The revealed application is getting disconnected or says "reconnecting" when connection is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our productivity issue, some of our tasks were not met on time prior to Teramind. Now with Teramind, we have solved this issue and gave us a boost. We know what apps and websites they spend the most and most of all their idle time.
Great tool for investigations & forensics
What do you like best about the product?
Teramind provides great reporting and video playback for violations of rules and policies that make investigations quicker for me and my team. The video and OCR search function give us conclusive evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Platform has a lot of functionality and it can take sometime to get familiar with the controls. We have a great CSM who helps make it easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind helps us with investigations for insider threat activities. We have significantly reduced the time it takes to complete these investigations and the reporting allows us to clearly share our results with the necessary teams for further action.

THE TERAMIND IS ONE OF THE BEST OPTION FOR MONITORING BUT THE THING IS THERE I FEES THE CHARGES IS ONE OF THE THING THAT TERAMING CAN OFFER IN BIT LESS PRICE THAT WHAT EXACTLY THEY ARE CHARGING.

KEEPING A TRACK OF WORK IN REAL TIME IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST CHALLENG THAT ANY ONE CAN FACE IN THE ORGANIZATION HERE TERAMIND HELPS ME ALOT IN MONITORING AND KEEP TRACK OF EXACT WORK OF THE EMPLOYEES AND MADE NECESSARY ACTIONS RELATED TO QUALITY CONTROL FOR THE SAME.
Best compliance software providing Tracking with Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The latest updates of TERAMIND, bring smart monitoring, better reporting and strong security. Major features include increased audit trails for video access, new BI report filters (eg by status or agent group), and interactive message templates for better rule enforcement. This smooth screen also enhances performance with playback and clever blackout masking. The MAC agent stability has been improved, and earlier this year support for Zoom Team Chat Monitoring was added. Overall, these changes focus a strong focus on purpose, compliance, compliance and cross-platform reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area can improve teramind is in its real -time application tracking and execution analysis. Although it offers strong surveillance tools, there is a difference in setting time-based filters specifically associated with the application execution-such as when an app was really opened, was used, and when, in a more filterable and flexible manner. Additionally, report optimization can be more dynamic, allowing users to create on-fly query or dashboard to suit specific workflows or checkups without the need for advanced BI setup. These enhancement activity will make analysis rapidly and more accurate.

Through Teramind I can easily tack activities of my team members also track there work pattern which help me stabilised my compliance activity and I also find out the flaws. And scope of improvement

The interface of the application is undoubtfully awsome and very user friendly. Also application provide real time insight of the detailed working on the user terminal

Costing can be reduce litle bit. here small scale business would not be able to use it pronantly. also the sms facility if added would be an advantage for the same.
