What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard customization, Data Explorer, Agent/Supervisor user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting and scheduling lacking in features out of the box, but with the Teleopti integration on the roadmap, many of these shortcomings will be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of agent Overtime/VTO, data presentation

What do you like best about the product?
We make use of QA/WFM/Analytics to help us manage the business of the Service Desk. These tools are invaluable to help us know where we have been, where we are and where we should be going. The more we use the tools we have with calabrio the more efficient we become.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysts sometimes find it difficult to find their own data and reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and quality control is much easier since we moved out of excel and into Calabrio.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the QM portion is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating an Evaluation Form isnt as easy. It seems a bit finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefit is the increase in customer service after training based on the Evaluation Scores.

I have not found anything that we dislike at this point.

We have some complicated reporting needs and CAR is extremely flexible and allowed to report on all the datasets we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I really had a fantastic experience with Calabrio Workforce Management and our team has been very successful in achieving the goals achieved by the proposed goals, and has always taken the time to ensure that we enjoy the product and the experience that made it so much easier. Calabrio is one of the most sophisticated software programs I have ever used. It may not be the easiest to originally identify, but once you do, it is quite effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some vital attributes for exporting the program are missing, that is, obtaining a reliable export of scheduling information to agents that makes some of my tasks more time consuming. The Calabrio tool we are using is a remote resource option that still has exactly the same functionality, but given that it is accessed remotely, we are having concerns about the slow action of the tool that we even need to reject someone for another group to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that the company was expanding and also did not have software for this purpose of optimization. This item came packaged with other programs that we were going to test, and we chose to extend the partnership with Calabrio also after the end of our contract due to our contentment with the item.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Map your present organizations, but most notably, future requirements and also acquire assimilations and functions added in advance. Our planning team has shifted from many roles and confusions to Calabrio as the main device of our work controls, and is also fantastic at providing excellent devices that all members of our group had the ability to use planners, predictors and capacity planners for.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, reporting is straight forward. 99.9999% reliability. Gui is really laid out nicely.

Very intuitive, doesn't require a ton of training time to get going. Very flexible on setting up hierarchy. Also like the fact that users from our ACD automatically cascade in to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far, we've been using for about a year with no issues. Implementation was simple, clean and seamless. Very happy overall with the performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have an integrated recording software across our global network. Previous platform wasn't PCI compliant. Calabrio solved all of those issues. We also had an issue with not being able to follow a call from cradle to grave, especially if there was a supervisor or transfer involved. That issue has also bee alleviated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research, I think you will find this is one of the most effective stand alone options.

Calabrio Workforce is an excellent management tool to watch over the capabilities of employees and the workflow within the companies. This application provides the awesome for tracking the time and attendance of the employees to ensure the power management system across the company. So, we can use this application in scheduling the task and manage the daily routine. Thus, if someone wants to take care of the employee’s work and progress, then, this application is very beneficial in doing the purpose done within minutes.

The application can manage the whole employee’s data and progression rate, but, it’s difficult to allocate the single data and file. So, the tool is beneficial for big enterprises and small setups can find it a bit pricy. You need to make sure the proper internet coverage across the company to ensure its accurate functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio's high quality management tracks all customer interactions carried out by an organization's sales department, ranging from social media sites, calls, e-mails or private individuals. It details all communications and promotes evaluations to help provide the customer with an even better superior solution and offer effective solutions to do so in a very satisfactory manner. In addition, it presents the data to interested company employees to help them analyze various vital performance signals.

Security makes us a little doubtful about the data. It has all the information related to customers, as well as their interactions, which is uncomfortable if it falls into unauthorized hands for system security.
