What do you like best about the product?
A great platform to use, simple, easy, fast, it gives me the tools I need to work, monitor my workday and everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't find any problems with using the tool, for me it is very practical and functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly understanding data that we can generally overlook, hidden data, so to speak, that we generally wouldn't have the awareness to analyze normally.

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have all the information together on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. Maybe that it takes a few minutes to update sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so nice to be able to go review a call. Sometimes I am not sure about something that was said and being able to listen to it is helpful. Also, being able to request time off and having my schedule all in the same place is a time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature in calabrio that I found was the notification which it send when I am scheduled for go on break or queue

I have nothing to dislike on this app as it is the best

Like I said it was hard for me to manage my schedule with the busy work lifestyle but due to calabrio I am able to follow my schedule and maintain my quality

It sends an notification for everything that is scheduled for the day which makes it easy for me to follow my schedule

As of now I have nothing that made me feel disliked about calabrio

Monitoring the agents and sending out alerts when the agent is in an out of adherence break

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio make it such an easy and user friendly experience to know your employee's team's schedule and to be able to make adjustments so smoothly. Also tracking things like Adherence is super simple and they continue to make awesome improvements daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Adherence would extend out further than 30 days, maybe 60 days instead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all my day-day issues with knowing where my employees are at and whether they're on the phones and can alarm you if they are not.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to time stamp with comments for any completed interaction evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay in loading selected interactions. It limits me to select interactions under 5 minutes. There are instances that my comments and results don't save as they should and I lose important documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to monitor and evaluate customer interactions and run performance reports.
