logging on errors at times but nothing else is wrong with the system

I love how on Calabrio we are able to see everything with our schedules and our calls

What do you like best about the product?
First, Calabrio ONE is an application that we use for Workforce of staffing. It´s an online platform that provide access to anyone in in the cloud. But of course only if you are within the company. It also allows us, in the call center industry to work faster, smarter and better.
We use it everyday and gives us a visibility of our work schedule.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I´m seeing here is it is dependent to Okta Verify for logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the visibility of out schedule and we have option to file our PTO even at home
I can easily see my day to day conversation and also the records and history of my each every calls.
What do you like best about the product?
I can get to know where am I standing in taking calls my quality and mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I donot get notification of my calls scored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is any difficulity in searching specific call they have specialized filters which really helps and make it easy.
Scheduling Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio is consistent and a reliable source for being able to observe a long-term schedule that has the potential to change on a whim.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calabrio is a little it 'order' heavy-- in that if you do not do something in the exact, precise order, you do feel stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to look ahead and manipulate when my lunch is daily has been a huge benefit to using Calabrio ONE. I Have used the other Calabrio products and I do like how much control it offers the user to customize their day.

Too many features, can often get lost in the number of options

I like all of the information that it provides and what all it allows you to do. Review calls and manage your schedule all in one place.

No real time info on the home page. It is always blank.

It helps to resolve discrepencies of calls received.
