I like these Features:
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Facilitates user authentication by enabling a single login for multiple applications.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Introduces an additional security layer by requiring users to present multiple verification methods.
- Adaptive Authentication: Adjusts authentication criteria in real-time based on risk factors like user behavior and device context.
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA): Offers tools for overseeing user identities, roles, and access rights.
- Risk-Based Authentication: Utilizes advanced analytics to evaluate risk and customize authentication policies accordingly.
I have usesd it for at least 3 months till now , the usage is really or the user interface is really ease to use. The implemntaion of the policy is also very ease.
Customer support is good.

Despite its strengths, IBM Verify has some areas that could benefit from improvement:
- Complexity: Certain advanced features may be challenging to configure and manage, particularly for organizations with limited IT resources.
- Cost: The pricing of IBM Verify can be considerable, especially for large-scale implementations.
Customer supprot can be improved littile bit more the rate of response.

Verify is easy to use, but we have multiple apps now on our devices.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a unified platform for users like us to depend on for secure access or enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for our applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using Microsoft Authenticator partially, and we are unsure how IBM can ensure we transition to Verify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily ensuring the use of the applications by providing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Easy to start, IBM Verify provides multiple methods for MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Our client required MFA to get access to our application UI. We used IBM Verify to set up a DEMO to prove it works as the client expected. Now, the MFA configuration is in Production.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few items that need to be improved. 1. Online help: More step-by-step details may help. 2. Permission on group: there is a need to create admin user for our client, and the client admin shall be able to onboard their Trading Partners, we created a custom "Administrator Role" and limited the user admin right to a certain user group by using scope. It is not working, the client admin cannot create a user in that user group. Without the scope of the user group, the client admin can create/update/delete any user in any group in clude admin user and admin user group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client required MFA for our application UI access
