Easy To Install and Manage Even In Multi Domain Enviroment
What do you like best about the product?
A scalable solution and nice management of the firewalls in a Multi-domain environment with a smart console GUI. Jumbo Hot Fix Upgrades increase efficiency and, if necessary, fix bugs.The Diamond support is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things is the cost of the firewall. Due to the way licenses work in the Checkpoint, we have faced some failed OS upgrades in the past. The licenses part need to be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits is protecting against the Zero Day attacks. By Using MDS, Smart event, and Logging server it's a one-stop shop in the environment with advance IPS capabilities

best in Market for NGFW
What do you like best about the product?
All the NGFW feature were amazing and were user friendly to get accesed in to multiple platforms like cloud GUI and CMD based basically Checkpoint is the markets best product..
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing levels were not up to mark because prices defers the quantity as well built in was very good and strong and also updates were also up to date as always

best in using monitoring and management and also this is a best product for any of the bussines because it features a multi functionalities in an single platform very good
NGFW, The Best Security Product For The Company
What do you like best about the product?
An experience for more than 10 years whose results have shown a high protection in the security of our company. The product has adjusted to our growing needs and has allowed us to improve the protection capabilities in out private and public network.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have no criticism of the product. The manufacturer quickly makes adjustments that improve the firewall management experience, in addition to including updates against new types of attacks and vulnerabilities, which ensure greater protection.

Check Point Firewall, consistently functional and strong
What do you like best about the product?
As with any security process, there is a learning curve, but Check Point has always had detailed and easy documentation to learn from. The product has always been very stable, and on the very few times it reached a condition where the system had no idea what to do, it would send alerts quickly. We have been using the product since 2000 with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some very outlying options that you have to drop to a prompt and run a script on. While I understand that adding a gui sometimes can lower security, the once or twice a year I have to go to the prompt always involves much refreshing and reading before hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the company secure from internet threats while providing a secure and fast onramp to the internet for the company. With so many business processes on remote internet-connected sites, having both security and speed to access those sites is critical.

Check Point offer a consistent security experience for all organizations from SMBs to large enterprises and ISPs. The feature set that is offered allows complete security on the appliances from IPS, anti-virus, anti-bot through to zero day threat prevention. Check Points management solution is second to none and has been an industry leader for over 20 years, and is now available in the cloud for a true cloud first experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Check Point firewalls are complex devices and can be tricky to setup in the most secure or performant environments. Because of this, it can trip up people who are not experienced with the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to have confidence that I am applying consistant, industry leading security on my network perimeters. The ability to trust that I can allow the firewalls to do their jobs without constant management and upkeep is amazing

No SDWAN capability. So no proper load balancing of ISPs to utilize the range of IP addresses provided

The first and the best FW in the world
What do you like best about the product?
Checkpoint NGFW helped us to protect our organization in an easy matter and with easy UI. Everything is covered from standard access control rules to threat protection including options to scan downloaded files with AV+Sandbox and even content disarm.
What do you dislike about the product?
In older versions (< r81) installing policy was very slow, since we still are with r80.x build we still have to wait for some minutes for installing policy. Also the fact that not every feature are in the smart console they need to merge more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checkpoint NGFW is helping us to protect our entire network from internal and external threats. It also permits us to connect to our organization with VPN with SSO from azure ad.

What do you like best about the product?
Check Point's NGFWs have the best-designed Sandblast's Zero-day protection. This gives any organisation uncomprimising security
What do you dislike about the product?
Check Point NGFWs should come inbuilt feature for XDR. This will help Checkpoint to keep organisation's Security policies intact. CIOs will not have to more about their Security compliances anymore if checkpoint comes with XDR feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point NGFWs Unified Security management feature helps in control across most of the networks, clouds and even IOT devices. This has benefitted us in reducing overall security operations substantially.
Excellent and robust firewall technologies
What do you like best about the product?
I like how involved CheckPoint TAC has been involved in helping myself and my colleagues with troubleshooting OS or firewall blade issues we've encountered. I like how in-depth their logging technologies have come, as you can get pretty granular with log entries. I also enjoy how easy it is to create rules and cross-reference them to see if there are any conflicts, as I've made rules where there were multiple conflicts. I love their knowledge base and training courses, which helped me a LOT to gain my CCSA certificate. If you're looking for a company that specializes in state-of-the-art firewall technologies, I highly recommend CheckPoint products.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one thing I dislike, it would have to be waiting for the next revison code to fix issues, as that can sometimes take too long. It would also be nice if we always got our cases reviewed as a priority as it's built into our contract, as we've had to wait a bit on a few of our cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CheckPoint is helping us solve issues we've had with our management server, as it has sometimes become quite taxed. It's also helping us be more aware of what is on our networks, allowing us more control and making things easier for our Information Security department.

What do you like best about the product?
Hey, I was started working as a technical trainee 3 years back and during the entire journey I was working on Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall. After learning firewall technology I worked on Checkpoint firewall and experience was really good and helpful to build my carrier in network security field. As per my experience no other vendor can beat Checkpoint Firewalls.
What do you dislike about the product?
See while consider a firewall solution there are Pros and Cons. As per my experience I can say that checkpoint should work on add-on exception for threat prevention service like Anti virus and anti theft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a security consultant I have gone through many vendors of Firewall. Every one has a unique highlighter but in case of checkpoint I really like Product stability when customer is concern about product preference.
