The JScape MFT enables us to centralize all the file transfer services.
Jscape provides highly secured and reliable file transfer services based on the user's requirements. Transferring files can become messy at times and take you for a ride, JScape is here to save the day by streamlining file transfer without the need for any programming knowledge.
JScape supports most of the File Transfer Protocols, it is Flexible and Platform Independent.

1. Initial Setup & Configuration is time-consuming.
2. Complex for beginners to understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Senior Analyst for Sales Operations, I am required to work on multiple files, reporting, visualizations, and analysis. I share pricing info, reports, and analysis with the Stakeholders, Leaders, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Product Engineering Team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
The file transfer takes a lot of manual time and is not reliable, JScape has solved this by centralizing the File transfer services and workflow processes. JScape provides a secure & reliable file transfer service along with the required visibility.

Below are the few benifits because of MFT server:
1. Sharing the large file become easy as it has automatic compress of the file.
2.In the event of a failed file transfer due to network/system issue, it allow us to restart the transfer from the last byte of data successfully transferred so it helps to transfer a file within a given time period.
3. It helps to transfer files on a scheduled basis or based on other event conditions.

Jscape being a firm file transfer platform Provides Outstanding data privacy which is a major concern in today's IT world, By using the DLP engines it secures the data. Also, Using different protocol file transfer methods it supports automated file transfer, and with the approved permissions it helps to create multiple customized virtual domains. The advanced features in JSCAPE ease & accelerates file transfer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software doesn't have notable limitations. It has been remarkable in managing file transfers. However, the initial setup and configuration take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The secure & trigger feature of file transfer helps in managing & processing the file hassle-free this overcomes the limitation of processing large attachments/files over an email. It reduces the maintenance of several servers with a single repository for maintaining the files. Also, helps in business expansion as it supports different file transfer protocol methods.

What do you like best about the product?
As we work with hunders of servers in different countries with different clients, JSCAPE MFT has got our back in transferring the files very securly and swiftly using FTP(S), SFTP, SCP, HTTP protocols. We were able to easily automate the process with the help of triggers and also keep the logging history of the server to track down the actions. Our manual efforts has been reduced and we are totally relaxed about the file confidentiality as JSCAPE takes care of data security and protection. This tool provides Database logging feature which is really handy for us to make sure all the server and API activities are stored in remote database. In addition to this JSCAPE MFT provides remote administration feature which has helped us to securely manage our servers remotely in different countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no much drawbacks about JSCAPE MFT server, the documentation part can improved to be precise for beginners to undersatnd the advanced features of the tool better. Also the UI Design can be improvised effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned we handle too many servers across different countries, remote connection to these servers,controlling the activities were a major tasks, after incorporating JSCAPE the remote administration has become much easier, customized email notifications are sent to us regarding the user activities and number of login attempts.
Our storage applications are integrated with JSCAPE REST API where in clients can perform different file transfers securely with data encryption and adminstrators can perform server management functions hassle-free.
We use MFT monitor to perform load testing on our servers which has really helped us in ensuring constant service levels even during heavy system load. The file transfer services maintain high level of security, reliablity and performance which makes JSCAPE MFT as a must go software in the market.

Our client is a Government entity in Japan, and there are a number of confidential files relating to government that we handle. JSCAPE MFT is a secured file transfer software that can easily be integrated with our security tools as well as can transfer a ton of files faster in comparison to other file transfer tools.We have implemented automation to transfer files in a secure manner with the help of JSCAPE MFT, which has relived us on stressing about the encryption and compression of the critically important business files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel the support provided by the JSCAPE MFT is not upto the mark, they have documentations and blog on troubleshooting incase of any error but the call support is not good. Moreover the pricing is little expensive as compared to the ones in the same field.

Before implementing JSCAPE MFT we used to transfer files that are critically import either through mail or upload it in sharepoint. But to automate the file transfer and also to have a secured file tranfer we explored JSCAPE MFT. Its a faster and more efficent way to transfer huge number of files with ease. It has been automated to send critically business important files at the end of the day. Since we are dealing with government and financial documents these needs to be secured on priority with storage and transfer.
This has made our project compliant as well as secured from a number of attacks such as man in the middle or leakage of files to unauthorised users. The inetgration with our securtiy tools and database was easily implemeneted.

The database collects and stores data over time in different systems and environments. Database logging is an electronic device that records data over time or about location, either built-in sensors or external instruments. Jscape server has a feature of a database logging server in which activity will be safely stored.

There is nothing Feature dislike in Jscape. All Jscape features are good.

It stores data remotely and safely. We are storing infrastructure and firewall costs.

In my view, there is nothing to dislike about this tool because it provides most of the things the client requires.
But the suggestion most I make is the upgradation for this tool is a little bit slow or not straightforward.

When I transfer through HTTPS, I face an issue with connectivity or moving when I have used another tool. Then I switched to this tool; it became easy to transfer the files, and I am having a great experience with this JSCAPE.
Compared to other tools, the cost, efficiency and security are better.
When I had a query regarding this transfer, I contacted support they gave a quick response.

The JSCAPE MFT server gives various features not provided by any other software in the market. The authentication blocks unauthorized access so that data transfer will be secured.

The UI is bit offside, and Icons can be improved. JSCAPE settings can be hard to configure. The user interface needs to be improved for ease of use and speed. Internet speed can affect a file transfer.
