What do you like best about the product?
In the era where data plays a crucial role and organizations have key controls to protect their data, sensitive data is protected by technologies like High-grade OpenPGP and SSL encryption. Also, this is important for many businesses, who are now required to comply with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and Sarbanes-Oxley data protection standards, this is critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering the technologies put in place for data protection and compliance with the relevant standards, there is nothing negative to be mentioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JSCAPE MFT server helps manage file transfer in the most efficient, protected and flexible way.

It is one of the best file transfer platform and very good experience with it.
What do you like best about the product?
The JSCAPE MFT server gives various features not provided by any other software in the market. The authentication blocks unauthorized access so that data transfer will be secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is bit offside, and Icons can be improved. JSCAPE settings can be hard to configure. The user interface needs to be improved for ease of use and speed. Internet speed can affect a file transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease MFT management and flexible deployment. The speed of file transfer is fast. The MFT provides secured file transfer by protecting against unauthorized user access.

The best part I liked about JSCAPE MFT Server is it can be used in many organizations. It is flexible and versatile.

JSCAPE MFT Server is very flexible for transferring any file and supports a lot and lot of protocols.It is benefiting us in the way of securing and protect our file transfer process

What do you like best about the product?
JSCAPE MFT Server can easily manage the heavy load/bucket of multiple files at the same time for transferring from one server to different servers/third parties.
The main thing that I liked the most about Jscape MFT is the security features that are provided by them for the confidentiality of data inside the files, as it provides multiple types of encryption as well.
Another feature that helps in our project is that it helps in reducing the manual workload by providing pre-defined scheduling options.
It also supports a variety of transfer protocols like SFTP, FTP, SMTP etc. This helps users to overcome the complex issues that they face while transferring to target system.

There is nothing about JSCAPE MFT Server that I dislike, but the documentation part can be improved as sometimes it is difficult for a user if they face an error while configuring.

The major problem that we usually face in our project is when we are testing our integrations. JSCAPE MFT Server helps extraordinarily while performing testing as we can edit the file name and folder path directly on server instead of going into the system and editing from there. The main point for a project is to create test cases and pass them. Here, JSCAPE MFT Server comes into picture and plays a vital role.

The JSCAPE MFT Server's Scalability is a feature that I greatly value. The server can handle high-volume file transfers, which can be readily scaled up or down to accommodate shifting business requirements. The software has no significant limitations, although I think that initially setting up and configuring the server can be a little challenging. Its features and functioning are worthwhile once it is established.

JSCAPE MFT is a stable file-managing platform JSCAPE MFT provides an individually managed file transfer most securely; it offers easy and flexible deployments, and also installation process is straightforward. It also provides remote support for all OS like Windows, Linux, Mac etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
API is complex, hard for beginners and needs detailed documents to use JSCAPE. Nothing much apart from this. I love JSCAPE MFT. I will have to manage my file quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily connect with our clients with a single connection and move the file across the network using FTP and SFTP, which improves productivity and save time. It makes our job easy and quick.

When we had massive data from server backups that we needed to keep in many locations, JSCAPE was the most convenient solution to move files with safety and ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
JSCAPE MFT Server may have installation and configuration issues, reliability or slowdowns, or a lack of features or customization possibilities. Small changes can make a perfect platform for all big files exchange and other highlighted issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we handle thousands of servers, moving or transferring the data to store in many locations for backups is a simple process. Keeping all servers' data in one place is also highly safe and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
It has made the file transfer so easy and reliable with some advanced features such as AD-HOC technique where you can share a large file or job that is usually not possible in mail in a simple way. We can also use triggers that can transfer data based on business conditions and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels a bit outdated, and rather, it is feature-loaded which does not affect the usability of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. transferring the larger file over a secured network is done easily and in the most advanced way
2. mostly over a mail we can't transfer a large file when we have to compress the file that we want to send and do the transfer in this we can use AD-HOC technique to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
High level data protection: which is a major concern for many companies, this prevents the loss of data using DLP engine. Automatic file transfer can be done using different file transfer protocols based on the time scheduler. We can create customized multiple virtual domains by giving user prefered permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike about JSCAPE. It is supported across multiple platforms like windows , linus, mac os etc environments. we can remotely manage the server from anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JSCAPE mft server monitors directories for creation/deletion or changes to the files. Trigger feature is the best to automate daily routine file transfer tasks. Ad-hoc basis email transfer, which eliminates sending large file attachments. Keeps it simple by sending a web-attached link in the body , so users can download the attachment of their choice. Also can restrict the use after set period of time.

The great features are Security, a very good interface that is easy to use, and supports all the platforms. The support team is an added advantage where we get to resolve our issues or queries answered in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are such cons I have noticed till now, so at this point, I do not have anything I dislike about this JSCAPE MFT Server
