Good tool and wonderful experience
What do you like best about the product?
Provides us easy and flexible deployments, since it is based on java hence this is cross platform, server installers are accompanied by installation wizardswhich simplify the installation process. It also provides remote support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Api is complex and limited.The documentation could have been more detailed. Regex matching could also need more work to do from team.settings can hard to find in some circumsatnaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some users wants to have transer files with FTP or SFTP or any other file transer services. This provides us one application which can manage file transer to any cloud storage or any network service.

What do you like best about the product?
JSCAPE MFT has developed Accelerated File Transfer Protocol (AFTP) which are designed to accelerate file transfer in high speeds which is 100X faster than FTP.s
What do you dislike about the product?
1)We had encountered database corruption and we found out that it was due to AV of the Server.
2)Few rules Configuration cannot be done as we would like to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File Tranfer was something which was taking a lot of time with the help of JSCAPE MFT's AFTP it is much faster now. We are able to automate our process with the help of triggers and Also Since it kepps the logging history of server it is easy to track the server history.

The UI interphase is off-center and very hard to use for beginners , and have some connection error, server error are preplexing ,Also The setting is very hard to configure.

Nothing, really! As mentioned we required a particular end game and this did the trick.

Using so our clients can have their clients upload proofs to internal servers and once checked and updated, our client can put in outgoing queue for their clients retrieval.

Jscape MFT is highly configurable, using feature-rich components to meet the business needs.

It's pricy. At the end it is worth it. Management cost is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business requires client uploads either through automation or single-user uploads. our clients have no problems connecting to our MFT and uploading files.
