Robust platform for securing file transfer
What do you like best about the product?
Securing internal file transfer between colleagues and shares file from the cloud storage with customer/client. Easy dashboard operation to switch between different transfer protocol like HTTP/s and FTP/s based on the current requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues and dislike with the platform. It has accelerate the transfer speed which is very important for a large sized document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Encrypt and secure file and document before the transfer process to prevent from data steal or leak. Using a secure file tranfer protocol based on the sensitivity of the files.

Simple solutions for a secure file transfer platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrate with my file storage, both for cloud and physical storage infrastructure. Has many option to choose for the transfer protocol, like over FTPS or cloud transfer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike with my overall experience. Work very well and has all the tools that I seek to secure my file transfer process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that I have solved after this software implementation is with securing the file transfer process from cyberattack and data leakaged.
Secure and fast internal file transfer server
What do you like best about the product?
We now able to have a secure, flexible and fast internal file transfer program that prioritize on file security and upload speed. The dashboard design is simple and easy for an average user to use it, without having to go through with the demo session.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has smoothing our file transfer process, either among our internal usage or to share files with client and customer. We have no dislike nor complaint on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise grade security encryption that ensure our file isn't corrupted or have some breach on the transfer process. Using FTP/s transfer protocol is making sure the file will be sent as fast as the network speed can provide.

It provide a stable and fast transfer rate over internal document and file transfer. Easy interface for the dashboard help our new user to use the program without learning curves or training. Has features that will auto backup document when the condition for triggering action is met.
What do you dislike about the product?
It operation is smooth and has all what our organization need for our file transfer operation. We have no dislike and complaint on how this software is working right now.

Enable our business to secure a sensitive file transfer and setting up encrypted connection with clients. Provide support for all transfer protocol like HTTP/s and FTP/s for a faster transfer speed.
Exceptional performance for data and files transfer speed
What do you like best about the product?
Great transfer speed rate for a large file size transfer with various file transfer option like FTP or by cloud. Automating data transfer and file backup when all the requirement is meet and will trigger the action. Easy to use as the operation require no coding to make the automation work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike for now. All the operation tool and features for data transfer and data security is available on JSCAPE MFT Server. It might be quite pricey, but all the tools make up for the price tag.

Robust tools that solve file transfer that is secure but still fast. Has many features that can accomodate any data management that a commercial or business need.
Reliable tools to make internal file transfer safe and secure
What do you like best about the product?
I like that JSCAPE MFT Server has the technology that accelerate the transfer rate 10 times faster than usual speed. It has shortened transfer time for our larger sized files and document. While it is blazing fast, security still its top priority and complied with SOX requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. This plafform has make it easy for us to transfer large data internally with the security of two-factor authentication features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ad-hoc transfer that is encrypted and secure for our sensitive business files and document. Support SFTP transfer protocal that we use and automating the data transfer process to prevent usual issues with manual data transfer.

What do you like best about the product?
It has simpflied our internal file transfer to be more secure, but less configuration needed compared to othe MFT software. Sending from FTP/s or HTTP/s protocol is supported by the software and complies with HIPAA data security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive software for a small or medium organization that need for a simple file tranfer platform. I recommend for them to provide a package plan for our SME's business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No limitation in file transfer size is the biggest benefits compared to use other cloud storing service in the market. Protect our sensitive file and document that we use for business.

Effective and secure file transfer between workers in safe environment. Data backup to prevent data loss if any issues with the storage. User-friendly dahboard interface and system that a non-technical users can use it directly without any learning curves.

Limited documentation on certain features or tools is what I dislike with this platform. I either need to explore the tools myself or connecting with the customer support to learn about it.

For smaller organizations operating on a tight budget, the price of JSCAPE MFT server may appear comparatively high.
The GUI could use some improvements, as it may be somewhat challenging for beginners to grasp.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main feature of Jscape is platform independent, it is a Secure tool to handle all the data and file transfers in our Organization. Jscape has a great Interface which is User-friendly and easy to use. It provides and organized view for all the activities related to file transfer, also streamlined the workflows significantly. Jscape offers a range of encryption and authentication options to data secure. Automating the file transfer has increased the efficiency and productivity.

Interaction with Support and Assistance team should be improved.
