Best for Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried other endpoint management systems and I have found this one to be my favorite. It's intuitive, easy to learn and configure, it's extensive in the features it provides, and they have amazing technical support. The automated patching of our computers has worked very well and the mobile device management has by far been better than Maas360, SOTI, and Samsung Manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike would be the remote connection issues I have with Android devices. It can be challenging to get connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, MDM, inventory management. I am a one-man IT department and this is like having another employee helping.
Enpoint Central is the answer
What do you like best about the product?
It does everything you can do on your own PC but on remote PC and all automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is the complexity of trying to set up a closed environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All remote patches, upgrades and everything working great.
Saves time, resources and a lot of money.

ManageEngine Desktop Central (or Endpoint Central) is a horrible product with horrible support
What do you like best about the product?
There isn't much to like. It does the bare minimum of what is required of an endpoint management solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. Interface, application doesn't produce accurate information and support is horrifically poor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick solution to deploy patches to our endpoints and infrastructure
Unstable/Unreliable/Cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
Central Management - but it needs to be refined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features intermittently stop working i.e - Created a group to push BitLocker encryption - suddenly no longer works.
Remote Control is slow to connect and often does not connect. Remote Control often loses connection and then shows the remote computer as being offline when it is not. I don't like how multiple monitors are hidden in a banner that constantly opens/closes when activity is detected. Sending keyboard shortcuts is cumbersome. Switching users often causes the connection to be lost or won't update the screen requiring a new connection to be established.
Uploading files to managed devices is REALLY slow.
We often run into devices (
N-Able N-Central RMM is by far the best Remote Software I've used.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it works, it does what we need it to, however, most of my time is spent fighting with the software instead of helping.
Very well structured solutions for managing endpoints

it's very easy to roll out updates and install software
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, it is the lack of excluding specific devices in the USB block feature

centrally manage our entire domain of endpoints remotely, with patches/updates and security
Desktop Central Review

Works great for patching nad managing devices. Not that great for Mac's. Works great for windows machines.

Unable to fully support Mac OS.Can be difficult to some if they dont understand some of the language. Not for beginners and requires some diving into documentation.

Support with managing devices that were not reporting as well as having to continually reinstall the application as devices fall of, stop reporting.
