Great managed firewall service
What do you like best about the product?
Their team helped all aspects of the rollout and took the time to understand our traffic so there would be minimal disruptions. They have continued to monitor for false detections and have quickly remediated any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
They were unable to fully integrate with my existing CDN provider
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing a web application firewall as a managed service.

Great easy onboarding online tool for WAF, Bot management & API Security
What do you like best about the product?
Performance, adaptability, support, easy onboarding and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem is that they only work with http and https.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They verify in real time and without delay all requests to the website and check that they are real (human) and that they do not try to abuse any resource. In the event of detections, they carry out the corresponding blocks.

Reblaze is a great solution for all those who want to start with a WAF instantly and with a very low cost.
Reblaze services become excellent support in the identification and blocking of threats

Reblaze has become our strategic ally in the prevention of cyber attacks, with the ability it gives us to analyze all traffic and generate custom rules we can prevent and detect any suspicious event, also thanks to the detailed information available for each event, it is possible to perform great threat intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that the online documentation should be improved a bit to detail some ID Rules and add some module for user administration

Protection of our services exposed in the cloud including web portals, benefits have been realized by increasing the organization's ability to identify and block the risks listed in the OWASP top 10

Easy setup, and highly customizable for Web Application and API endpoint security, custom configuration made easy.

Nothing, the product is very easy to setup, and highly customizable with granular policy

Protect API endpoint e Web Application exposed over the Internet on large scale users.
Best-in-class Solution
What do you like best about the product?
How effective the bot management is and how much the solution offers for the price. The solution is all in one and very easy to deploy, everything an application needs for robust security without affecting performance: WAF, BOTs and CDN are some examples of technologies integrated into the solution. Another differentiator is bot management, without using a captcha for the end-user, which is able to differentiate between humans and robots. It gives you granular power to determine and enable custom bots and behaviors without penalizing the good robots and punishing the bad ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of an end user-focused manual, with the most common examples and settings for everyday life. A library of rules that the user could simply import into their firewall as there are things in common for all firewall clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A 2017 survey revealed that 60% of Brazilian internet traffic is generated by robots. So reblaze was essential in dealing with the demand to clean up traffic as the same survey indicates that 55% of robots are malicious. The benefits we reaped were from better security and even a higher browsing speed since the requests we received were filtered by the application. I can also mention the control we have today over this traffic with more granular and customized rules.

The price is not the cheapest but it balances out because the quality is high.

There is nothing I dislike. Cybersecurity is very complex and they are always available for questions.
