Great product for IT Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Aisera chatbot has best user-friendly design,No code environment, and best Ontology. These features make it easy to create Intents easily.The number of integrations available are increased and customer support is good. Good analytics are provided in the dashboard to check the resolution rate and user engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
The chatbot can not deal with complex user responses. Slow progress on bug fixes.

Aisera is internal chatbot designed to solve IT related queries from users.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with our systems. Easy to configure and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see integration with some form of authentication mechanism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a single stop self-service process for our staff/faculty students by which they can submit tickets. They can also find resolution to the most common asked questions.

Aisera helps us by automating repetitive tickets and taking them out of our queue.

What do you like best about the product?
Aisera Team focuses on customer success. Available to keep production running at critical times.
What do you dislike about the product?
No documentation for application. Each Aisera release contains bugs, which testing seems lacking in the release cycle. No training on the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Tier-0 support, reducing Service Agent interaction with the customer, decreasing time to customer issue resolution
Nothing but great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Aisera has made user experience much better and has also supported our Techs in redirecting their own resource to learning new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations, or miss-understanding, of potential behind Aisera. One example is if a customer requested for something, and they selected the wrong option, its not capable of looking at its counterpart to get results. (Ex. Asked an HR question, but selected a Finance option).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is assisting us to promote self-service and reducing repetitive work for our help desk team.
Very good chatbot and automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good chatbot which is customisable to our requirements and is being used by various departments like HR and IT. Many of the processes are automated using the flows on Aisera.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be easy to learn and be less dependent on support

Raising incidents, providing kbs to users and some self service things like password reset.

Aisera has enabled our company to provide excellent chatbot experiences to our employees for their IT needs.

The integration has taken a long time and learning to administrate the platform has proven challenging.

Aisera provides customer support equivalent or better than a human can provide.

I love the fact that we are able to display the current outages for our customers in Aisera.
I also love the versatility we have with adding/updating/displaying our content.

There's nothing I dislike about Aisera. Aisera is very user friendly.

Aisera is helping our company to allow our customers to be self-sufficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and intuitive. It's very helpful for our end users to have knowledge flows and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about as of today.

Aisera is helping our end users become self-sufficient. It's very beneficial to have our end users be able to create tickets themselves and fill out request forms themselves. I'm excited to automate more things to make things easier for our end users.
Great for text completion

Autocomplete of sentences is my most used feature, it makes the replies faster

Liks made available aren't always up to date.
