Just had a trial on RBM's detailed business modelling customer profitability analysis and improvement application.
Amazing to see how easy one can make such detailed business models out of a few data. I have simulated a business case for one of the businesses I am working with.
In no time you get a full overview of your customer profitability. Quite some easy-going graphics explaining what your business could look like at least directionally.
However making the first connection into starting the server is little bit on the cumbersome side. But it works when all is up and running! I think you might want to have a look especially when you want to save a lot of meney in you company. So for me this will get 5 stars out of 5!
