Delivers features that are table stakes for using Amazon Connect

My startup has been working with Symbee for about 6 months now and I highly recommend their product and their team. We use Symbee to achieve the following with Connect:
- Agent direct VM
- SMS to DID numbers
- Local caller ID masking
- Dialing out of Salesforce
- Capturing dials, talk time, and call recordings to Salesforce activities

I honestly wouldn't even consider using Amazon Connect without Symbee. We would have gone with a different phone provider for sure.

The Symbee team has been great to work with and actively listens to feature requests and has added lots of items to their product roadmap for us. They're a great partner.
