Fantastic Cloud Computational Biology Platform and Service
I am a post-doctoral research fellow at a university in the US. Our lab concentrates on post-transcriptional regulation and recently begun exploring computational biology solutions including RNA-seq methodology.
The expert group at MolBioCloud have been instrumental in assisting myself and our lab get up to speed on the required programs to do this analysis. The platform takes advantage of the scalability of AWS for computation solutions that require powerful machines while maintaining economic options for routine computational use.
