What do you like best about the product?
Deep work easier
Compatible for organisations who use leads and want to manage them effectively. The live status and availability of leads are easy to navigate.

API integration could be more compatible with existing tools like Ameyo call management. Better API connect with easier ways to integrate this. Sales force has this better

Zoho Analytics is Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily create dashboards is such a huge value add for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The obvious limitation is limited connections to outside data sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can visualize our Sales Data in a way that helps us track performance. We can easily make changes to our visualizations if we need a new piece of information added.
Useful tool for seeing all data in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like being to see all of my dashboards and easily toggle between different categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The info does not update continuously, it only updates every four hours so when a change in made in our CRM, we cannot see the data right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho analytics solves the problem of looking in multiple places or running manual reports for data purposes. I can check my dashboards in the morning and afternoons without needing to go into our CRM to pull a report or create a new one.
Comprehensive Visualisation tool for Modern teams
What do you like best about the product?
Zoho Analytics has all the modern suite of dashboards and charts any team can need in today's day. It features all the modern plugins and connectors to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the modern plugins and connectors, it seems to be quite bloated with too many configurations..Poor service and high running cost also hinders its usage for all kinds of companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho provides a comprehensive suite of tools to get started and build the charts and dashboards to bring value to the users. Availability of all modern plugins and connectors reduce the TAT for teams to start contributing as early as possible.
Zoho One may be cheaper, but it lacks the marketing tools necessary to accelerate sales
What do you like best about the product?
Zoho one is a good CRM and suite of tools for small businesses that are price conscious. It's easy to use for people unfamilar with CRMs. It lacks many of the integrations and functions you can get with Hubspot or Salesforce, but works well if you just need basic email marketing, a way to manage contacts, and simple subscriptions and products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoho One lacks the ability to integrate seamlessly with popular sales and marketing tools and relies heavily on Zapier. Their support was limited and often unhelpful with complex use cases. As we really wanted to ramp up our sales, Zoho One no longer met our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was great at organizing our leads and customers and allowing us to get all of our data into one platform. However, within two years our business outgrew the functionality provided. We quickly increased our monthly prices to the point it made sense to move to a more robust solution, like Hubspot.
Easy to Use - Very Little Technical Experience Required
What do you like best about the product?
It saves formulas that any user has created for anyone to be able to drag and drop to use in the future
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a really hard time joining in between more than two tables, lots of times need to create a custom join to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create visualizations for team members very quickly after a request for a dashboard is made.

Access to multiple apps that I use daily for one simple price.

Zoho support is fast, but not effective.

Multiple apps in one platform gives me the freedom to integrate seamlessly.

I can customize my dashboards easily once the connection has been established

NOt all connects may be established, and can often prove difficult to QA long term when reviewing trends. Some manual checks are required periodically to make sure connection is secure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales analytics, marketing analytics, and operations analytics. We track numbers from shipment to refunds all together in our dashboards, as well as cashflow among other metrics

I like how easy it is to share reports with colleagues to view the same data. It is also easy to add/edit information to an existing report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow at times with a lot of data processing.

Zoho helps us quickly view data and stay on top of existing reports to manage trends throughout the company.
